Nomi is a wonderful dog. She has been the biggest blessing and needs a home that will be able to give her all the love and affection that I can no longer offer with work and pregnancy. She is well behaved and will be your best friend. She is strong so having to walk her is a great part of placing her in the appropriate home. Being a first time dog owner is not best for this breed as they require a lot of knowledge and understanding of their stubborn nature however once understood she will be your best companion

This laid back hunk is Diesel! He was on an adventure when spotted and arrived to the shelter on 12/2. Diesel is 2 years old and weighs in at 84 pounds. He is such a big teddy, well behaved and sweet. He is a perfect gentleman on a leash and loves his time outside sniffing around. He knows to sit when asked especially if you have a treat. It is reported that he is house trained and dog friendly. Wouldn't you like to wake up to that face every morning? Ask for ID# 15417 Run 82. He will be neutered soon and micro-chipped upon adoption. He has tested negative for heart worm. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER. This pet is available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, (770) 499-4136. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heartworm or combo test and a microchip.
