Meet Sister! This sweet, gentle, loving girl is looking for a bed to lay on and soak in some sun. She would love a home with a yard where she can spend time playing, quickly followed by plenty of snuggles with her family. Sister should be the star of the show and would prefer to be the only dog in the home. She is also very true to her breed, so breed experience in her forever home is preferred. One of our wonderful volunteers takes Sister on regular days out, this is what they have to say about her: Sister is a gorgeous girl with the most soulful eyes. On her first intro to my two small dogs, she was over excited and her greeting was a little "much", but with each meet, she has calmed down. She now walks along with them as if she has known them forever. From what I observed, she seems to get along best with dogs who are calm and respectful, not overly jumpy. Sister rides well in the car and is a good walker. She is very strong, and whilst she walks well on leash without distractions, she'll need a strong handler in case you see squirrels or other exciting things! Her adopters will need to be alert and keep a tight hold when put walking, but she's super treat motivated, so it's definitely something she can work on with ongoing training. Treats are one sure way to her heart and works to redirect her from distractions. Do you have a home where Sister would be the perfect fit? Story
Sicaru is a very playful sweet girl. very active and needs a lot of attention and exercise. perfect companion. we are looking for someone to love her and care for her. she stays out in the yard all day and sleeps inside the house at night. we have 2 other cane corsos and because she is so playful they are having a hard time together and its causing stress between them.
