URGENT - Shelter needs to clear kennels. Please save this dog's life! WE ARE COURTESY POSTING THIS DOG FOR THE MORENO VALLEY ANIMAL SHELTER TO HELP THEM FIND A HOME. The shelter is severely overcrowded and desperately needs help. Dogs are being turned in higher numbers than the shelter can accommodate, therefore many are losing their lives due to lack of cage space. We are helping get the word out of their immediate need. Please save this deserving pooch and clear a kennel for another dog in need today! This beautiful dog is located in the Moreno Valley shelter. Please feel free to reach out to us with questions. Meet Caruso! This handsome hunk of love entered Lancaster Shelter as a stray during the holidays, and when he wasn't claimed, we scooped him up on January 8th to become a Frosted Face. Caruso is estimated to be 7 years old, and he weighs 92 lbs. He is very sweet and friendly. And well-mannered, too! He sits for treats without being asked and takes them sooo gently from our hands. Caruso is currently on a two-week Frosted Fling, getting lots of love & pampering after his experiences as a stray, while we learn what he is like in a home. His Fling Mom shared this update: "Caruso is an amazing doggie! He has very good manners on leash. He does not pull, walks at your speed, and is non-reactive to others dogs. Caruso is a gentle giant who loves to cuddle, go on car rides, and join you on trips to stores." Check back soon for the next update!

Meet Manchego! Manchego entered Los Angeles Animal Care and Control - Lancaster Shelter as a stray. When he wasn't claimed, we scooped him on January 20th to become a Frosted Face. Manchego is estimated to be 7 years old, and he weighs 108 lbs. Manchego is very gentle and sweet. As you can see in the video, he walks very nicely on leash. A stroll with this lovable hunk is a great reason to slow down and enjoy the simple pleasures in life. Manchego would love a big couch and a human to snuggle with, and for the next two weeks, he's getting it. Manchego is on a Frosted Fling, and we are learning what he is like in a home! His Fling Mom reports: "We have never had a foster dog that made us laugh SO much. Manny is the total package. * Manny did great in the car and basically had his head out the window the entire ride home. * He made himself right at home and sniffed his way through the entire house. * Though he had one accident in the house, I'm sure he's house trained. We take him out every few hours and reward him for doing his business outside. * He met the cat and just wants to sniff her. She doesn't appreciate all the sniffing, and let him know. He had zero return reaction. * Manny happily snored the night away and slept until 6:15 this morning. * He's good on walks and doesn't react to any dogs on the sidewalk or those that charge their fences barking. * He's a total foodie and feels that whatever you are eating he should be eating too (except carrots)! * Manny is currently on a 14-day ear rinse and ear drops. He's SO patient and chill and doesn't give us any problems with it. * He has some commands down but man is he stubborn. Haha. He's doing good with "no", "go lay down", and sometimes good with sit. I don't make him sit much because it takes his old bones a minute to get there. We are really enjoying our time with him (it's going really fast). I can't wait to see who scoops up this big slobbery love - you won't be disappointed!" Check back soon for the next update from Manchego's Fling! Meet Remi Remi is an amazing girl who truly deserves a forever home. She is great on leash , total snuggler , loves all humans , great with other dogs , playful , minds her own business on walks, but at home with her humans, she prefers to be the queen of her castle. She came from a really bad breeding/hoarding situation with 40 corsos where the dogs were not fed , completely neglected and had no human interaction. Its understandable that now that she has all she was deprived of before , she wants to protect it🥺 Remi is house broken, potty trained and a little over two.
