Story
Meet Sister! This sweet gentle girl is looking for a bed to lay on and soak in some sun. She would love a home where she can run around and snuggle up with you. She does ok meeting dogs outside but should be the only dog in the household. She also has a strong prey drive, so best if there are no cats and other small animals in the home. "Sister is a 2 years old, Mastiff, Cane Corso, with the most soulful eyes. We have taken her out several times now. Her first intro to my 2 small dogs, she seemed to want to charge up to them. With each meet, she has calmed down. She now walks along with them as if she has known them forever. From what I observed, she seems to get along best with dogs who are calm and respectful, not overly jumpy. Sister rides well in the car and is a good walker. She is very strong though and if she sees a squirrel, she is like a fast sports car going from 0 to 100 mph very quickly. What works best for me when walking her is to be alert and hold onto her leash tightly. She loves sitting for treats. Treats are one sure way to her heart." Sister needs a strong person to handle her on leash and will need continued training to curb her reactivity and have her focus on her handler. She is also very true to her breed, so breed experience for the adopter is preferred. Do you have a home where Sister would be the perfect fit? She would love a safe space where she could be a part of your family, and run around and play. She deserves to find her forever home. https://www.shelterluv.com/embed/animal/MILO-A-6272

Meet Tank! Tank is a sweet gentle giant who is looking for a home to call his own. We would love a home for him that has experience with large breeds. He’s a mellow boy, a slow walker, great on and off leash and friendly to humans and canines. Tank is very attentive and has great recall. He loves attention and would be fine curling up on the couch or going for a leisurely stroll. He'd do best in a home without cats or other small animals, he can't help but chase them if they run. Ready to meet your new best friend? He has eyes that will captivate you and once you meet him, you'll fall head over heels!
