Story
Gunner is a good boy, he really is. We adopted him 4yrs ago from an old friend that had a surprise litter. Gunner is a Cane Corso/Pitbull mix. He is VERY smart, playful, energetic and sweet. He is also a little escape artist! I work many and long hours. Gunner will not typically escape when I am home but it does happen sometimes. When he gets out, it is very stressful for us because he does not seem to like other dogs. He is fine with our other two. On family walks, he does very well with the pack but as soon as he sees another dog walking, he loses his mind. My wife and I fear if he gets out and we do not catch him fast enough, he would attack another dog or worse, another human and we would get sued. It scares us to no end thinking of the potential for Gunner to get in trouble or hit by a car when he escapes. We love him so much. With my work schedule, I do not have the time to dedicate to Gunner’s FULL potential, sadly. He really is a sweet boy. We want Gunner to live his BEST years

Story
Received dog from a friend at work who couldn't keep her due to moving. I've cared for her for about 10 months, however her very high energy levels and rambunctious nature have proven too much for my 11 year old German shepherd with bad hips. She is a very loving and affectionate dog and loves running around and playing, very energetic girl. Currently 2 years old.

Story
Xena is turning 3 years old on December 15. She is a Cane Corso. However, she is a sweetheart!! She loves attention and affection. She loves to play with people and other dogs. She likes to think that she's a small dog. She is not a barker but may bark occasionally if startled. She is friendly with other dogs; she is NOT aggressive at all!! She does not like dogs who bark at her; she will just turn the other way or ignore them. I bought her when she was a puppy (12 weeks old), the last of her litter. She will occasionally pee when she is happy or overstimulated (given too much affection all at once). I usually let her calm down before petting her or giving her attention. She is great on the leash; she does NOT pull! She is kenneled trained. She knows basic commands: sit, stay, down, and shake. She loves toys and treats. We would love to keep her but are unable to as we have a baby on the way and have limited space in our home. Overall, she’s a very loving and loyal dog and companion.

Story
Millie is a spunky, confident girl who knows exactly what she wants-and isn't afraid to ask for it! Whether it's a toy, attention, or a tasty treat, Millie is all about getting what she desires. She's extremely food-motivated, which makes her highly trainable, and she's working hard on improving her self-control. With her bold personality and eagerness to learn, Millie is the perfect pup for an active family who enjoys a little challenge and lots of love. If you're looking for a smart, determined dog who'll keep you on your toes and fill your heart with joy, Millie might just be your perfect match!
