Fontina is learning how to walk on a harness and leash and will excel in no time at all! Story
Meet Jace, a 5-year-old Mastiff mix who is ready to leave behind his difficult past and embrace a loving future. Jace's early life was filled with hardship, spending most of his time tethered, underfed, and without any socialization with the world around him. As a result, he is understandably cautious and may is reactive toward other dogs; with patience and positive reinforcement, Jace has the potential to thrive in the right home.Due to his malnourished past, Jace has lost the majority of his eyesight, but he doesn't let it hinder him! He navigates the world with determination and a strong spirit, showing resilience in every step he takes. Jace will need to be the only pet in the household, where he can receive the full attention and care he needs to build trust and confidence. He's looking for a compassionate, understanding owner who can help him work through his challenges and continue his journey of growth. If you're experienced with dogs and have a heart full of patience, Jace is ready to give you all the love he has to offer.Due to living an outdoor life - Jace is still working on learning what it is like to be inside. Potty training, inside noises, stairs, and all of that is very new. He needs people who will give him the patience that he deserves while he figures it all out ♥ Primary Color: Blue Weight: 28.9 Age: 5yrs 7mths 2wks
