Story
Hi, my name is Hilda! But those who know me well call me Hilly Dilly. I was found dumped and very scared on a street called Hill and Dale (thus my nickname). I am between one and two years old, and still have a lot of puppy in me. As far as my breed, I could be anything that’s cute, but my foster parents think I possibly have Corgi in me because of my eyes and small head with pointy snout. I am small at only 25lbs, but I am not short. I’m the perfect medium height. My foster parents say I am a very sweet, gentle girl, but I can be very shy and timid at first. It’ll take me a bit to realize you’re not a threat, but once I do, I’d love nothing more than to be your shadow and be just where you are. I am mostly quiet – I’m only vocal when I need to remind you it’s meal time, and that’s it. When I’m not lounging on the couch, I love playing with toys. I also enjoy being out in the yard with the other dogs. I’m very submissive and get along with all the little dogs in the home where I currently live. I do my business on pads when my foster parents are gone all day, but I’m learning to also go outside. My foster mom can tell when I need to go because I start walking in circles. I know the word outside so I happily follow her out. I am working on walking on a leash, but I don’t love it yet! As far as house training, I have been known to take socks and Crocs, but it’s only because I miss my foster parents’ scent! I am spayed and up-to-date on vaccines. I am ready for my forever home! If you think you have the loving and patient home I need, please don’t hesitate to let my foster parents know by filling out an application.

Say hello to Sweetie! She is a 4yr old Canaan Shepherd who loves long walks and go jogging. Is a quick learner, fully potty trained, crate trained and loves belly rubs. Sweetie would make an excellent hiking or camping partner. She was dumped and was given to us to foster, she is now ready to find her forever home! Sweetie loves treats, will sit pretty forever to get one, is an excellent nanny to children and loves to play with big dogs. She gets too excited with little dogs, we are working on containing her excitement. There is no fee for her because our priority is a loving home with the attention she deserves and she needs to be spayed. Please consider this lovely girl as an addition to your family.
