Story
We adopted Deja (calico) and Dexter (gray) from a local animal shelter when they were 6 weeks old. They are siblings. We have loved them dearly for nearly 8 years. Our little one is struggling with bad allergies due to the cats and our busy schedules haven’t allowed us to give them the attention they once had. We have determined that it would be best to rehome our sweet cats at this time to bring our child relief from allergies and to hopefully get the time and attention that they deserve. We are hoping that they are adopted into a loving home with an owner that is able to give them the snuggles, and attention that they crave. They have been together since birth and we do not want them separated. They are both friendly, playful, love cuddles, and have brought us so much joy over the years. They do not have experience around dogs or older children but have adapted wonderfully to our two year old. Cat tree, litter boxes, any food/litter that we have included.

Story
From the owner: Kida was born to a barn cat, we took her in as a kitten. She's still pretty small, and will probably always be on the tinier side. She can be a shy little girl, but if you scritch her chin or at the base of her tail, she'll totally melt in your hands! She's only about a year and a half old. Our house is a little too busy and chaotic for Kida, and she tends to spend a lot of time hiding. She's really afraid of our dog, and nothing we've tried has worked. At night when things settle down, she wants to curl up and fall asleep in my lap when I'm watching TV, and will purr and purr. We want to find her a calm, quiet home where she can be herself and gain more confidence. She's going to need someone to be a little patient with her. She does love to chase the laser light and anything with feathers will really get her going! She's young, so she's still really playful. I know she would be happy in a home without dogs or small kids, where she could be pampered like the princess she is.

Story
Kielbasa is a lovely, sweet and affectionate 2 ½ year young cat. She's a beautiful soft grey fur kitty with white mitten paws. Her son was adopted earlier this year to a lovely family. She is looking for her own place to call home too. Kielbasa would prefer a quieter home with a patient family to give her time to settle in and get to know them. Kielbasa loves to soak up the sun, lounge and lay next to you while you are sitting and doing your own thing. She enjoys cheek rubs and chin scratches on her own terms. When she has gotten more comfortable, she may even decide your lap is good enough to lay on instead of next to it. While Kielbasa gets along well with kids of all ages, she doesn't care for being carried around, but is fine being picked up every once in a while with the right person holding her.Kielbasa gets along fine with most of the resident cats in her foster home. "The little diva in the house is just jealous of how beautiful I am." A nice laid back kitty to call a friend would be nice. She's not sure about those doggie things so a slow introduction would be necessary. She is spayed, microchipped, FelV/FIV negative, litter trained and up to date on vaccines. Please contact www.sandipaws.org if you're looking for a chill, independent cat to be a companion, Kielbasa would love to have you as her new family member.Thank you for choosing SandiPaws Rescue.
