Story
Shenzi is a cute little calico with pretty green eyes and a pink button nose! Shenzi is a little bundle of love! She absolutely adores attention and likes to purr and squeak when you pet her. Ear and chin scratches are her weakness! Her foster mom says she’s a professional cuddler. She is a fairly laid-back girl and can typically be found snuggled up with another kitten. But she does enjoy partaking in the daily kitten chaos! She loves to play with spring toys and enjoys chasing the wand toy. If your home needs an affectionate social butterfly, Shenzi is the kitten for you! Shenzi is very much a little shadow and loves her people fiercely! Do you work from home and need a perfect work buddy? Look no further!! **Shenzi was unfortunately born with a cherry eye (which is very rare in cats). She has had multiple correction surgeries to correct her cherry eye but this may be something to consider in future care. This does not inhibit her whatsoever, she is still the most perfect kitten!** Shenzi would do well with another kitty in her forever home (but would also be just fine being the lone cat as that means more attention from her humans!) She enjoys a good kitten nap pile every now and then too. Shenzi is in an amazing foster home that is teaching her the ropes! She is currently fostered with another kitten and the resident adult cat. She does great with everyone in the household! She would make the perfect addition to any home. Shenzi is ready to fill your home with love and warmth! Don’t miss out on this sweet little girl! Story
Meet Jenny Shepard!! Jenny is the prettiest little calico and brown tabby mix with gentle hazel eyes! She is the sweetest soul around and just wants to be loved on. She is very easy going and just enjoys being around her human and kitty buddies. She likes to follow her foster dad everywhere and even comes when he calls her! She loves to curl into his lap and get all the pets. She has the sweetest little engine and starts it up as soon as you begin petting her. A few of her favorite activities include searching for the best nap spots, causing trouble with her siblings, and snuggling in close. If you are looking for the cutest snuggle buddy – Jenny is the girl for you! Jenny also loves to play! Her toy squirrel is her favorite, and she will even play fetch! She loves to jump and swat the string toys out of the air! There are no bad days with Jenny! Jenny is in an amazing foster home! She is currently fostered with her two sisters, Abby and Caitlin. Jenny isn’t bonded with any of her siblings but would love to be adopted with one! Two kittens are always better than one! She currently lives in an adult only home but does great with everyone! We think she would excel in a home with kids and other cats with her fun outgoing personality. We also think she would do well with a cat-savvy dog with a slow introduction. She is loving her foster home but is ready for a home to call her own! Don’t miss out on this pretty girl! She can typically be found sitting by the window or cuddled up with her sisters. She doesn’t need much, just a quiet spot where she can watch the world go by. Meet Katy! Katy is a pretty dilute calico with vibrant green eyes and the cutest underbite! This gorgeous soul would be the perfect match for anyone that appreciates a calm and relaxed lifestyle. Katy is an independent kitty that is reliable, balanced and dependable. With that said, she also has plenty of affection to give! She loves belly rubs and will lean into ear scratches. She prefers to keep her feet planted on the ground but will happily come and roll on her belly for you! Katy is a the perfect houseguest and spends majority of her days lounging. She doesn't mind if you have a busy schedule and will just kick back and relax until you're home! Addison and Katy are double without the trouble! They are affectionate, friendly, love snuggling and playing with each other. Their favorite things to do are snooze, seek out snacks, and chill in their cat tree. They would love to be adopted together, but also would adjust well to another kitty friend in their forever home! Katy did have to have a few teeth pulled due to poor care living on the streets, so her only diet request is to have soft food so she can get all her nutrients! Katy is currently living in our indoor cat barn with several other adult cats including her best friend, Addison. She does fabulous with all the other cats in the cat barn! We believe she would flourish with another cat in her forever home to befriend! Don’t miss out on this adorable girl! The adoption fee is $325 and includes all vetting: FVRCP vaccines (minimum of 2 but could be more depending on age and time in the program), FeLV vaccines, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, combo tested, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a health certificate deeming the kitty healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship! Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This kitty you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties Rescue (3LP) wants to set you and your new family member up for success! In addition to a fully vetted furbaby you also receive other additional perks such as a code for a free bag of cat litter AND a code for 50% off a 2nd bag of litter from Catalyst Pet, coupons for a fun visit to Petco, and support through our Facebook Adopters group where you can connect with thousands of other adopters, 3LP volunteers, fosters and staff. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescues and will require continued efforts but are well on their way to being the best kitties that they can be! We ask that you give them time (can take weeks to months) to decompress in their new home, do slow introductions to other pets and let their true personalities have a chance to come through. Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Story
Echo Cuddles lives up to her name. This girl is all about the lovings. She comes to sit in your lap and lets you pet away. Any speed and style of petting, your choice. Echo is simply happy to be loved. She is a young cat who continues to play like a kitten. She is a friendly, gentle girl with people and cats. She lives with other foster cats and does great. She has met some dogs, mostly smaller, and has been okay with them. You couldn't ask for a sweeter girl to join your family. Echo's ideal home is one where her family has time to to indulge her petting needs, and who know she'll be most confident when she gets to choose when it is lap time. She'd likely do best in a calm home. Cuddle, cuddle, cuddle..adopt Echo Cuddle and feel the love come back at you!
