Ellie is around 8 years old that my mom found on the side of the road when she was a kitten. Due to my mother moving to New Mexico she is no longer able to take care of her and I can’t keep her due to allergies. She is a very very sweet cat. She is timid and hides a lot until she warms up to you. I do believe she would best fit with a family with no kids only because she’s scared of them. Not because she’s mean. She actually doesn’t have a mean bone in her body. She doesn’t have front claws I will add. She will make a great lap cat if you let her.

The cat only loved my daughter, who died February 6th. I've taken care of the cat and been in the house for 2 years while my daughter was sick, and the cat still hates me. I am a cat person. But I've never made progress with Aurora. I'm desperate, as someone will be moving into the house next week.
