Lucy' s Bio Estimated DOB 1/20/2024 I am sweet, calm and very loving young cat. I still have the spirit and disposition of a kitten and get along well with sweet cats. I was found roaming around a cat-lover yard by myself. I was just looking for food when I found a nice person that took me inside to protect me from the storm. Nobody has claimed me as their pet and I didn't have a microchip to find my owner. I am fully vetted now ( spayed, vaccinated, microchiped and neg/neg for FIVand FeLV) and searching for my forever family.

I'm a "bicolor," which means that I'm mostly white with blue and cream patches on my head, back, and tail. I’m what’s called a “polydactyl” because I have more toes on my front paws than most kitties. I’m very petite, and although I’m full grown, I’m the size of a seven-month old kitten. My future foster meowmy was on a TNR mission when she found me, friendly but pregnant and living paw-to-mouth in a feral-cat colony at a very low-income immigrant apartment complex in southwest Houston. Thank heavens Foster Meowmy scooped me up and brought me home with her to foster me. I’m adjusting well to my safe, secure indoor life with brimming food and water bowls, climate control, and toys to play with. However, trying to survive at that feeding station had been a very bad experience because I’d had to fight for food amongst the intact toms. So I’m understandably fearful of other cats and need to be an only-cat child in my forever home. LOVES TO PLAY WITH HAIR & HANDS OR TUG ON YOUR CLOTHES  DOB 6/23/24 Hey there, everyone! I’m Lena, and I’m a very sweet, friendly, and beautiful calico gal. I can be independent like a typical calico, but then again, I’m very fond of Foster Meowmy and like to play with her hair and hands or else tug on her clothes! I’m one of the #streetwise-six, who got our name because, when we were about a month old, some really cruel person dumped my litter of six along with our momma in the middle of the street. Since Momma was frantic for our safety, instinct told her to bring us to the shopping center to ask for help. Sure enough, a Good Samaritan rescued us and eventually got us to our foster home. Momma Nala, Simba, Pooh, Chase, Curry, Dolly, and I have all thrived in our foster home. We kits tumble and pounce, climb and wrestle with each other, and when we’re thoroughly exhausted, we collapse in a kitten puddle. I get along great with the cat-friendly dogs and resident adult cats, and Foster Meowmy makes sure that her small kids treat us gently and lovingly. Now I’m ready for my forever home. Although we’re available separately, it would be the cat’s meow if you’d consider adopting me with another one of the #streetwise-six. Two’s more fun than one, and we could keep each other company while you’re at work or on vacation. Grumpy But LovingMy name is Clancy and I am a pouncy, fun boy that loves to play.  I have an issue with change and need a little patience the first couple of days. I make friends easily and love humans so much. I am just grumpy when I move to a new surrounding.  I will growl and sound like I am angry, but I will not scratch or bite. Just letting you know that I need time to adjust.  I also get grumpy when things do not go my way. I am a little extra and need someone with understanding. I am a young boy that has brought so much joy into my Foster family’s home. I made best friends with the Labrador on my first day. I wanted to play with the other kittens, but it took them a few days to get used to me.  But the Human I would jump in her lap, growl and purr at the same time. By the 3rd day, I was her bestest buddy and slept in bed with her, purring all night long.  When playing, I growl like I am angry, but I am just playing and will do no harm.  I get along with younger kitties and kitties that are not timid, because my growling is intimidating, the timid kitties will hide.  I love chasing anything that moves, and playing with my sister running around the house, the laser pointer is lots of fun.   I love to pounce and play. My expressions are priceless!  Give me a Churu stick (or other puree type treats) for kitties and we will be forever besties!  I prefer to be where ever my Human is. I love to sleep with my Human and give midnight kisses.  My Foster says that I have brought so much joy to her and wants me to share it with others. She thinks I would be happiest as the only cat in the house with lots of human interaction. I would be ok with one friendly dog too. My bestie is Spring, my foster sister. Petite sweet girlSpring is a sweet petite girl who is very vocal. When you enter a room, she will say hello and loves a lot of attention and affection. Spring was raised in one foster home with many other foster siblings, including a Labrador Retriever. She loves to play and is very outgoing.   At the adoption events, people always comment about how silky her fur is. She is very soft and sleek. Spring is besties with her Foster brother Clancy. It would be awesome if she was adopted along with one of her besties, but not necessary. Spring is such a great furbaby at home, but at adoptions events, she can get a little grumpy.  Spring's adoption fee is $85 which includes all of her vetting.
