Story
I’m brave & adventurous. I play hard and nap hard. I love chin scritches, full-body pets, chicken, exploring, and getting my picture taken. A short-hair calico with patches, I look like a darker version of my sister Sage, with black patches instead of grey. We both have excellent litterbox etiquette (our mom taught us well). Pixie tested negative for FeLV, is spayed, microchipped for identification, and vaccinated for rabies and FVRCP. Email BCSSpayDay@gmail.com for an adoption application and to discuss if she is a good fit for your home. Once approved, we can meet you to complete the adoption. You can also meet her at our adoption events 2:30-5pm most Saturdays at the College Station Petsmart on University (back by the cat litter).

Story
I’m super sweet, love being petted, and have a LOUD purr. I’m always up for treats like chicken, chicken baby food, or fancy hard food. A short-hair dilute calico with patches, I look like a lighter version of my sister Pixie, with grey patches instead of black. We both have excellent litterbox etiquette (our mom taught us well). Sage tested negative for FeLV, is spayed, microchipped for identification, and vaccinated for rabies and FVRCP. Email BCSSpayDay@gmail.com for an adoption application and to discuss if she is a good fit for your home. Once approved, we can meet you to complete the adoption. Opal is very sweet and low key. She is blind in the left eye, but it doesn't affect her at all. She has learned to deal with it. Of the whole litter she is the one that that is the snuggler and lover.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.rescued from neighborhoodHey there!  my name is DOT!!!   Know why?  Uhhh...I have an orange spot on my head!     I'm a little shy but sassy at the same time.    I  like humans but sometimes cats make me nervous...depending on the cat.  So, in those cases, I just hiss!   I did fine with the other cat I lived with, but when the humans gave us up, we got separated.   Checkers was adopted first. My personality is coming out more and more.  When my foster mom pets me , I meow and talk to her.  I like to stand up on my legs and put my paws on her knees to check things out!  I'm mild mannered and sweet natured.   Just want attention and some loving and petting.   Mom says I have a lot of potential to be a lap cat!   If you want to meet me, contact my foster mom, Janet, at catlady5555@yahoo.com.   Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 4, 2024, 10:45 pm

Story
We think black cats are good luck, and we're sure Beanie has luck on his side! After being left behind when his people moved, as luck would have it, a kind neighbor brought him to safety at our shelter, and he has the good fortune to be thriving in a wonderful foster home where his confidence has soared! His foster home reports that he is a hearty eater, and should you forget it’s feeding time, he’ll remind you with love nibbles until his vittles are before him! Beanie is a polite cat who chooses his favorite lounging spots and may need a boost to lie next to you on the couch, but that is a small price to pay to have this mild-mannered, friendly guy right beside you. As it turns out, Beanie is FIV+, but don't let that scare you! Beanie can live a full, happy life like any other cat and can live peacefully with other non-aggressive cats, so he is a lucky kitty! He also has an overactive thyroid for which he receives easy-to-give medication on his ear flap—piece of cake! As with all older kitties, Beanie should make regular veterinary visits to keep on top of his health, and after telling you allllll about his dislike of the carrier, he’ll be such a good boy with the vet when not confined in his kennel, making things so much easier for everyone! Beanie is receiving love and all the fixings to prepare him for a stable new indoor life ahead! Might that new life be the comfort of your home?? Beanie is feeling lucky!
