Our amazingly unique Dilute Calico Kittens are the cat’s MEOW for sure. Born with ¾ tails and the most subtle colors that mingle together all the Kitten colors of the rainbow.  All are girls and their funny personalities all Shine and are filled with good snuggles and antics that make you laugh. Been having her for 2 years and she gave birth to 5 babies but is now neutered and is friendly to people but not other cats. She likes to be outside and kills pests or anything that’s outside snakes birds or mouse. Good for keeping if you get mouses in house. She loves eating and is very nice. She never left my house area and always come back even been for days. Leaving this year to buy a house. I can tell you a lot about her when I meet in person she very interesting and survivor. You can probably rename her because she sometimes doesn’t respond to ponyo.

Rosemary (Rosie) has brought us much joy over the last 6 years; we've had her solely as an indoor cat since she was six weeks old. However, we have come to realize that she is not thriving in our household with a toddler and newborn. We don't have the time to give her the attention she deserves. Rosie is independent and can be shy, but loves to be cuddled once she warms up to you. She has a gorgeous long coat of fur that needs to be brushed to avoid knots. She is playful, enjoys sleeping in the sun, and there is no need to buy her special toys (unless you want to) because she’s perfectly content playing with hair ties and small socks. Interestingly, Rosie and all of her female littermates were born without tails, so she’s very cute, but not the most coordinated. Having grown up exclusively outdoors, she’s slowly discovering the comforts of indoor life. Mama loves following her favorite people on walks and enjoys their company at her own pace. She will thrive in a calm, patient, and understanding home where she can continue to build confidence and feel safe. Mama has been spayed with the Pet Community Centers trap and release program and sports a tipped ear. ** This is a courtesy post for a couple that have been caring for six community cats in the South Inglewood area- Tibault, Stella, Jill, Fluffy, Mama and Lenny, two males and four females. They anticipate a move out of the area in the near future. The cats have become an important part of their lives and they want to ensure they are placed in safe, loving homes. Cannoli is a calm and loving young lady, estimated to be around 1 year old. She was dropped near our door in a box with another momma cat and 8 kittens. They worked together nursing each others babies and raising them. Cannoli is a laid back momma and seems to enjoys watching her babies play. She is a social lady and would like another kitty friend in her new home. She's up to date on vaccinations and will be spayed as soon as possible.  ##2300091##

Ella was abandoned by her previous owners and left at our assortment complex. We took her in while we lived here and don't feel comfortable putting her back out there!

My next door neighbors feral cat ran inside her house and had 5 kittens about five and a half weeks ago. Last night the mom cat bolted out an open door and abandoned her kittens. They are little and cute but my neighbor doesn’t know how to care for them and is looking for help. She doesn’t have the internet so I told her I would reach out to a few rescues today. There were 22 kittens thrown away in a field in Cannon County Tennessee down near Murfreesboro.  Rescue people are desperately asking for help to find fosters to care for them and Critter Cavalry Rescue is more than willing to pay the way for any fosters who would take them in and allow us to show you how to medicate their infected eyes and deworm them.  What a horrible life they have lived so far and we want to change all of that but need help!!!   Please email us at ccrtennessee@gmail.com and we will respond immediately and be in touch with how you can help save them.  We will supply everything!November 3, 2024, 10:10 pm

Persimmon is approximately 1-year-old of April 2023 whose shiny coal-black coat really stands out in a crowd!  He is a sweet-tempered and sensitive type who was scared of his new surroundings at first but within the span of 2-3 weeks, he was all over the house and coming around his foster mom for attention and scratches by his tail.  Lately, he has with the cold weather he has become quite the snuggle bug wanting to lay on his person's lap with his favorite foster sister almost every time she sits down.  He hasn’t been around dogs very much but I believe with a proper introduction of a friendly dog and lots of patience, it should not be a problem.  In addition, he gets along well with other cats both young and adults.  He would certainly enjoy a similar-aged or friendly adult cat to tussle with as he enjoys spirited playtime with his foster siblings, but he also plays independently quite well.  He comes to you litter box trained, neutered, FIV/FeLV negative, and with all age-appropriate vaccinations so contact Rock City Rescue to adopt this dashing young man!August 20, 2024, 12:05 am
