Calico kittens & cats in Erwin, Tennessee

Trixie has increasingly come out of her shell and now asks for attention - she’s a great cuddler. She came to WTFarm with her mother and siblings in August 2023 at only 1 week old. She is a short haired calico tortoiseshell and is used to dogs of all breeds and other cats. Her brother Sherman is her best friend. Trixie is spayed and up to date on her vaccinations. Cleo was adopted through the Asheville Humane Society foster program about 4 years ago along with her 4 week old kitten. She was very protective of her baby, but did not seem obviously antagonized by our other animals. This has changed over the years and she is at this point very cranky around the other 2 cats and 2 dogs. With people, she is very affectionate, often demanding pets. She has beautiful green eyes and loves to snuggle. I sincerely want to see her happy, but the house she is in now is not a good fit.

Cassie was adopted from Save-A-Pet Adoption Center, Grayslake IL 60030, Feb. 16, 2028. DOB. Jan. 28, 2017. She lived with us in Grayslake until April 19, 2019 when she moved with us and our American Eskimo, Binca, to Swannanoa NC. She and Binca, mostly have been indifferent to each other. The only other dog she has been in contact with is a large, Labradoodle; they do not get a long. He's our grand dog and Cassie hides whenever he shows up. Generally, Cassie like people. When she meets them she comes to their ankle to sniff them and rub her body. She can be picked up but will not stay on a lap for all but a short period of time. While she doesn't stay a lap for any length of time, she always wants to be in the room where adults are. In the 6 1/2 years we've had her she has never hid from us unless. I don't know how she is with other dogs and cats. Persons with whom we have boarded Cassie have always reported she gets along well with the other. cats.

Carmen was left behind when her house was sold. The new homeowner was shocked to discover her and rushed her to the vet and into rescue. Carmen is a sweet, talkative girl who would appreciate a calm home. Miranda loves attention and petting from people, but she must be the only cat because she smacks the fire out of other cats. This is probably because she had to fend for herself and fight off other cats and who knows what else in the trailer park where she wandered around for a couple of years before we got her. She had to be fierce to protect her babies, she had at least two litters according to the two young women who fed her but didn't let her inside. Now in a loving foster home, she is enjoying being inside, safe, and no longer hungry or fighting. If you want only one pet, Miranda will bask in your attention and make a lovely companion. Aspen, Spotnic, Runt, and Appa were rescued from our neighbors who were going to put them down as kittens if we didn't take them. We have been caring for them for about 4 years, but we can no longer provide for them. They are wonderful boys and I want them to go to loving homes. They can go separately or together. We are asking 20 each for their rehoming fee to ensure a good home. Aspen is a Siamese mix. He had seizures when he was younger, but hasn't had any in years. He is a sweet boy. Spotnic is the darker grey and white boy and enjoys going for walks on a harness. Runt is the orange boy and loves to cuddle. Appa isthe lighter grey and white boy. He's a shy boy.
