Story
Hi, I'm Gigi! I may be a bit shy at first, but give me a little time and I'll show you just how sweet and friendly I can be. I'm a curious soul, always eager to explore new corners and sniff out hidden treats. I've been known to spend hours watching the world go by from my cozy perch. Despite my quiet demeanor, I love to play and engage with those around me. I may not be the first to greet you, but once we've built a bond, I'll be your loyal companion. My gentle nature and affectionate personality make me the perfect companion for anyone looking for a feline friend. If you are interested in meeting me, the shelter is open Tuesday through Sunday 11am-6pm.If you'd like to schedule an appointment, check out the pets' profile on our website at newberganimals.com to fill out an application and email to frontdesk@newberganimals.com.Due to COVID-19, we are currently only open by appointment. Please follow the instructions on each pet profile.

Story
Mitzi is a 10 year-old beautiful sweet cat. She’s very independent however she loves cuddling and sleeping and purring with you. She’s very quiet and loving. She likes watching TV and just laying on your chest purring. Her last vet visit she received straight A’s. We are moving to Hawaii and the cost to take a cat is very expensive She will adapt to a new home very quickly. She does better with receiving all of the attention however she can share love if it’s necessary with another pet. There’s really nothing negative to say about Mitzi. She’s totally litter box trained. And she uses an auto feeder and auto water fountain

Story
Willow is just over 2 years old and was adopted from Greenhill Humane Society in Eugene, OR in April of 2024. I am looking for a new home for Willow because I am moving into housing that will not be beneficial for her and I can no longer afford basic cat needs such as food. Willow is an amazing and loving cat. She loves to be around her people and is very cuddly once she gets to know you. She is good with strangers and other animals. She is generally happy, enjoys playing and loves taking naps throughout the day. She is a wonderful cat with a very sweet demeanor and has never been destructive. She is the perfect cat for a family or someone looking for a companion.

Story
Meet Ginger. She is a little jumpy but loves to snuggle. She likes fuzzy blankets, staring out the window at birds and squirrels , face scratchies and nose rubs. She has never been outside, and not sure she would do well being an outdoor cat so she needs inside homing. It breaks my heart to rehome her, but we travel a lot and she deserves more attention. I also have been getting unexplained rashes that I think might be related to her. It's been about a year, so im not in a hurry to give her away. I hope to find someone that can snuggle her and provide a chill home. She does ok with our kids, but prefers adults and quiet. She loves a scratching post and to play with hair ties :)

Story
I am hoping to keep Iris and Ivy together. They are sisters from the same litter and they are best friends. They love to sit on your lap and be petted, although the white cat is a little more shy. I got a new job and have will have to live in another city while training and will also have to travel and have no one to take care of my cats while I am away. I will bring the cats to you if you live in Oregon or Northern California (Redding or North of Redding)

Story
Cindy (calico) and Katy (black) were both about a month old when they came to my home. I brought both because they were inseparable and they played well together from birth. They have same father but different mothers. They blended very well with my family members. They both have very good temperament, friendly to visitors. Both were fully potty trained and both never had any accidents. They are very good natured and super friendly and patient with my grand children who are 1 1/2 months and 6 months old.   Both were raised indoor. Only Cindy goes out to the backyard patio once in a while, but she comes right back inside within a few minutes. Because they were always together, it would be the best for them to be adopted together. I will donate all their supplies. Both are smart, but Cindy seems to be more clever and alert.   I have no issues with them and they have been therapeutic for our family. However, I need to let them go because one of my family members has developed a severe cat allergy. He suffered through it because he was so attached to them. We decided to give them up when even allergy medicine didn’t help.  This wonderful pair will be a great addition to any family lucky enough to adopt them.  They are indoor only and their adoption fee that includes their supplies is $200.   This cat is offered for adoption due to the owner's personal circumstances. For more information on meeting and adopting this kitty, please fill out a pre-adoption application under "ADOPT" on our website at WWW.CATSCRADLERESCUE.COM. Your information will be forwarded to the owner for follow-ups and meeting arrangement.  Cat's Cradle is an all-volunteer, non-profit foster-home based rescue serving Oregon cats who need new homes. 100% of your adoption fee goes to provide for the medical and physical needs of the cats in our care. We invite you to become a foster parent and experience the great satisfaction of helping a cat or kitten in need.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 16, 2025, 3:07 pm
