Story
Meet Molly, our charming and vigilant resident security guard. With her sleek fur and keen eyes, Molly has taken it upon herself to look after the pet food cabinet, ensuring everything stays in perfect order. Every morning, she patrols her territory, her paws padding softly as she checks that all is as it should be. It’s a role she’s embraced with grace and dedication. Molly’s story begins on the streets, where she learned to be resourceful and resilient. Despite her tough start, her affectionate nature quickly won over everyone at the shelter. Her intelligence and curiosity made her the perfect candidate for her self-appointed role as guardian of the pet food cabinet. Now, she’s ready to take on a new role: beloved family member. Molly thrives on human interaction and loves nothing more than to curl up next to you, purring contentedly. She’s playful and affectionate, always ready to chase a string or bat at a feather toy. But Molly’s true talent lies in her loyalty. Once she bonds with you, she’s your companion for life, always there to greet you with a nuzzle and a purr. Molly would do best in a home without other pets, where she can be the center of attention and shower you with all her love. She’s waiting for that special someone who will appreciate her unique blend of independence and affection, someone who will give her the forever home she deserves. If you’re looking for a loving, loyal, and vigilant companion, Molly is the cat for you. Come meet her today and let her steal your heart just as she’s stolen ours. Molly is ready to leave her post as security guard and become the guardian of your heart. Will you be the one to bring her home? November 11, 2024, 7:53 pm

Story
This here is Cruise Ship. He is adequately named, as he is a big boy. While he is big in size, he is the definition of a gentle giant. He gets nervous is new environments, so it may take him a while to warm up. He prefers small spaces to adjust as they do not overwhelm him. He is an older gentleman, so a quiet home is best. He does love a good grooming session and his purr will sound like an engine when you brush him. He would do best as a single cat in the home or with another cat that is not too energetic or territorial as he is an elder now. If you want to bring a distinguished gentleman into your life, Cruise Ship is the cat for you. Contact the centre for more information as he is in a foster home right now, so any meet and greets will need to be scheduled in advance. Story
Hi, I'm Mittens! I am a pretty special boy that will need a very specific family. I am extremely playful but sometimes I don't know my own strength or that my teeth and nails can hurt my friends. I get overstimulated fast and need to be with an experienced cat family so they can read my body language and know when to help me de-escalate. I was trialed in a working cat placement to hunt mice but unfortunately they fired me because I was too nice and wasn't doing my job of hunting mice. What can I say, I like people more. I think I would do well in a home with lot's of enrichment. Someone who will play with me everyday and provide lot's of new things to do everyday. Also someone who doesn't mind if I accidentally scratch too hard.. I don't mean to, I just get SO excited to play. If you think I am the one for you please come see me, I would love to find my forever home! Primary Color: Grey Tabby Secondary Color: White Weight: 5.33 Age: 2yrs 7mths 2wks
