Story
Meet Molly, our charming and vigilant resident security guard. With her sleek fur and keen eyes, Molly has taken it upon herself to look after the pet food cabinet, ensuring everything stays in perfect order. Every morning, she patrols her territory, her paws padding softly as she checks that all is as it should be. It’s a role she’s embraced with grace and dedication. Molly’s story begins on the streets, where she learned to be resourceful and resilient. Despite her tough start, her affectionate nature quickly won over everyone at the shelter. Her intelligence and curiosity made her the perfect candidate for her self-appointed role as guardian of the pet food cabinet. Now, she’s ready to take on a new role: beloved family member. Molly thrives on human interaction and loves nothing more than to curl up next to you, purring contentedly. She’s playful and affectionate, always ready to chase a string or bat at a feather toy. But Molly’s true talent lies in her loyalty. Once she bonds with you, she’s your companion for life, always there to greet you with a nuzzle and a purr. Molly would do best in a home without other pets, where she can be the center of attention and shower you with all her love. She’s waiting for that special someone who will appreciate her unique blend of independence and affection, someone who will give her the forever home she deserves. If you’re looking for a loving, loyal, and vigilant companion, Molly is the cat for you. Come meet her today and let her steal your heart just as she’s stolen ours. Molly is ready to leave her post as security guard and become the guardian of your heart. Will you be the one to bring her home? November 11, 2024, 7:53 pm

Story
Introducing Minji!  (Bonded with Jisoo)    Female    DOB: Oct 10,2024  Minji and her 5 siblings (Jisoo, Tyson, Jin, Yoshi, and Q) along with there mother (Cali) were rescued one very cold October night when we received an urgent call about a family that was under a porch in the Richmond Hill area. The whole family has thrived in foster care and thanks to the foster all but 2 have already have furever homes lined up for when they are spay / neutered.  Minji is a stunning calico who is mostly white with patches of calico through her body, and the cutest black spot on one of her toes. She has a charming mellow nature and is extremely friendly once she knows you.     Minji is a kitten with a heart full of love and a spirit brimming with playful energy. Shyness may be her initial response, but give her a moment and she'll warm up, her sweet and gentle nature shining through. Her intelligence is evident in the way she engages with her toys, showcasing her mellow yet energetic personality. Cuddling is her favorite pastime, and she'll reward your affection with the loudest purrs you've ever heard. Minji is not just a pet, she's a companion, a friend, a confidante. She's smart, sweet, and eager to share her love. Minji would need to be adopted with her sibling Jisoo as they are a bonded pair.  If you want to adopt Minji & Jisoo, two bundles of joy that will fill your days with warmth and happiness, please complete an online adoption application and contact us. Story
DOB: October 15th, 2010 Pippa is the ultimate cuddle companion. At 14 years old, this affectionate and gentle girl will steal your heart with her loving nature. She’s the type of cat who knows how to make a house feel like home, curling up in her favorite spot to lounge while keeping you company. Pippa loves ribbon toys and will eagerly join in playtime, showing off her youthful spirit and surprising agility. She loves pets and will head-but you if she's not getting enough! Pippa is bonded to her buddy, Ari. The two are on a weight-loss plan to help them stay healthy, and she’s doing wonderfully so far. Her calm demeanor and sweet personality make her a perfect match for anyone looking for a loving, low-key addition to their home. Ari and Pippa are a bonded pair, and their dream is to find a family who will welcome them both with open arms. If you’re ready for double the love and laughter, these two are waiting for you! Thank you for giving two best friends a loving home together! An adoption fee of your choice is appreciated for each of these seniors, vs. our standard adoption fee of $225 per adult cat.

Story
DOB: January 1st, 2022 Gezebelle is such a sweetheart. She loves to lie next to you while sitting on the couch and sometimes will crawl onto your lap for a cuddle. She has a loud purr and loves her head scratches. She also loves being brushed, and will show you that she loves it. She's a quiet cat and doesn't meow too much, except at meal time. She likes both wet and dry food, but she isn't a big fan of treats. Wand toys are her favourite, she also loves her scratching posts and her little box/house. While she does like to play, she is generally a chill cat. While she loves to show you her belly, she doesn't always love a belly rub and she might swat at you if you try to rub it. Previously she did have some litter box issues where she would sit on the side of the litter box and pee out of it, so she will need a litter with tall walls around it. This was resolved when switching litter boxes. Her foster parents use pellet litter so it could be that she was not used to it.

Story
Larry is a very playful guy who is happy playing either on his own or with someone. He loves hunting toy mice and getting lots of treats! Although he can be playful and energetic he also loves to nap on the couch or in his hammock. Larry will greet you with face rubs and cuddles, and makes it loud and clear when he wants attention by meowing at you until he’s picked up. He will let you know when he’s had enough cuddles and needs his space. He’s very good at giving signs of when he’s overstimulated, and if these signs are ignored he will swat. Larry may do well with children who are understanding of this and respectful of his boundaries.
