Story
DOB: October 15th, 2010 Pippa is the ultimate cuddle companion. At 14 years old, this affectionate and gentle girl will steal your heart with her loving nature. She’s the type of cat who knows how to make a house feel like home, curling up in her favorite spot to lounge while keeping you company. Pippa loves ribbon toys and will eagerly join in playtime, showing off her youthful spirit and surprising agility. She loves pets and will head-but you if she's not getting enough! Pippa is bonded to her buddy, Ari. The two are on a weight-loss plan to help them stay healthy, and she’s doing wonderfully so far. Her calm demeanor and sweet personality make her a perfect match for anyone looking for a loving, low-key addition to their home. Ari and Pippa are a bonded pair, and their dream is to find a family who will welcome them both with open arms. If you’re ready for double the love and laughter, these two are waiting for you! Thank you for giving two best friends a loving home together! An adoption fee of your choice is appreciated for each of these seniors, vs. our standard adoption fee of $225 per adult cat.

Story
Date of Birth: July 2, 2023 Microchipped Tinsel is an energetic young cat who loves to play as much as you can handle. She loves playing with toy mice, feathers, strings, and whatever else is around. While she’s still full of kitten energy and would rather play than sit on your lap all day, she does like affection, being pet and is okay being picked up for short periods of time. She’s still learning the ropes of being a cat and sometimes gets a bit too frisky and occasionally receives some hisses from her foster sisters and her bonded buddy Twinkle. Tinsel’s playfulness doesn’t just apply to wanting to play with all the toys and the other resident cats, but she loves chasing after her foster parent’s feet and swatting them as they try to walk around the house. She’s a voracious eater and will squeak, meow and moan at breakfast and dinner time until her food is in front of her. If any of the other cats around leave any leftovers, Tinsel is prone to eating them right up. She is a playful kitten who would love to be in a home with other playful young cats or kittens so she can expend her energy. Tinsel and Twinkle were rescued together from a hoarding situation and are a bonded pair. Thank you for giving two best friends a loving home together! Our adoption fee for an adult bonded pair is $175 per cat, versus our standard fee of $225 per adult cat.

Story
Billie’s mother is a short haired orange tabby and her dad is a calico. She has had one owner all her life who unfortunately recently passed away. She’s an easy going cat who is very low maintenance. She loves scratches behind her ears but not on her tail. Shes had 2 litters before being spayed by the Toronto Humane Society. She lived alongside her sister until her sister was unfortunately hit by a car. She’s a mostly indoor cat but loves to roll around in the garden out front or sun bathe in the concrete backyard during the summer.

Story
Meet Molly, our charming and vigilant resident security guard. With her sleek fur and keen eyes, Molly has taken it upon herself to look after the pet food cabinet, ensuring everything stays in perfect order. Every morning, she patrols her territory, her paws padding softly as she checks that all is as it should be. It’s a role she’s embraced with grace and dedication. Molly’s story begins on the streets, where she learned to be resourceful and resilient. Despite her tough start, her affectionate nature quickly won over everyone at the shelter. Her intelligence and curiosity made her the perfect candidate for her self-appointed role as guardian of the pet food cabinet. Now, she’s ready to take on a new role: beloved family member. Molly thrives on human interaction and loves nothing more than to curl up next to you, purring contentedly. She’s playful and affectionate, always ready to chase a string or bat at a feather toy. But Molly’s true talent lies in her loyalty. Once she bonds with you, she’s your companion for life, always there to greet you with a nuzzle and a purr. Molly would do best in a home without other pets, where she can be the center of attention and shower you with all her love. She’s waiting for that special someone who will appreciate her unique blend of independence and affection, someone who will give her the forever home she deserves. If you’re looking for a loving, loyal, and vigilant companion, Molly is the cat for you. Come meet her today and let her steal your heart just as she’s stolen ours. Molly is ready to leave her post as security guard and become the guardian of your heart. Will you be the one to bring her home? November 11, 2024, 7:53 pm
