Story
Say hello to Miss Mattie! Mattie is a young adult estimated to be around 3 years old. She once had a home, but was one day suddenly left to fend for herself which made her very sad and lonely. Sweet, spice and everything nice - Mattie loves pets and making biscuits on your shoulder, and also enjoys just hanging out nearby as a perfect little loaf. She would love a "forever, FOR REAL this time" home, but there is one catch: Mattie is a proper princess, demanding alllll of the attention goes to her - she cannot be housed with dogs or other cats. So if you're a one pet kind of person, can Mattie come cuddle with you? Included with the adoption is the kitty's spay, all current-due FVRCP, FeLeuk, and rabies vaccinations for kitties over 1-year, deworming, flea treatment, a wellness check, FIV/FeLV combo testing, and microchipping. In addition to being fully vetted, our cats and kittens are highly socialized. We offer a 2-week getting acquainted period and a 2-week wellness guarantee, so you can comfortably settle in with your new kitty! To apply to adopt, please complete an adoption inquiry at www.bluesmews.org so our adoption specialist volunteer can review it and contact you!

Story
Odell says hi! Friendly, playful, Odell loves watching the birds outside while sitting on the highest part of the cat tree. She does well with other cats if they are not too timid. She loves her sister Opal! They aren't bonded but do very well together. She has been around dogs as a young kitten, but not at her current foster home. Odell loves lounging in sunny spots, watching the world around her. She's an absolute doll! Included with the adoption is the kitty's spay, all applicable birth-to-one-year FVRCP, FeLeuk and first round of rabies vaccinations, deworming, flea treatment, a wellness check, FIV/FeLV combo testing, and microchipping. In addition to being fully vetted, our cats and kittens are highly socialized. We offer a 2-week getting acquainted period and a 2-week wellness guarantee, so you can comfortably settle in with your new kitty! Please note, young kitties do best with another kitty in the household. Story
Daisy is a sweet, affectionate, and gentle cat who’s looking for her forever home. Raised in a lively household with five children and several dogs, Daisy is well-socialized and thrives on love and companionship. She has a calm and laid-back personality, making her the perfect cuddle buddy. One of her favorite things to do is to curl up in a warm lap and soak up the attention. She’s not one to climb on counters or get into mischief—just a quiet, loving presence in your home. Daisy mainly enjoys dry food and has simple needs—what she craves most is your love and time. Sadly, due to a busy family schedule, we can no longer give her the attention she deserves. We're looking for a kind and caring home where she can continue to be cherished. If you’re looking for a low-maintenance, affectionate companion, Daisy might just be the perfect match.

Story
She is a young momma cat, she is very welcoming and kind to all humans beings. I did welcome her and her baby into my home but she was very over protective and attacked my one year old cat. I have to part ways for that reason. She's very affectionate and loves rubs. Soft lovely fur, big Googily eyes 👀, she would be a great first pet! ♡ I can PROVIDE a stainless steel litter pan! And scoop~

Story
Born on May 7, 2023. Has 5 other siblings.* All are ready for adoption. Never been outside - flea free. Eating hard cat food. Weaned. Litterbox trained. I am NOT 100% certain of the sex of the kittens so make sure to double check before finalizing the adoption. "Are dilute calico cats rare? Yes, even female dilute calico cats are rare. As we saw above, only one in every 1,000 cats is born a standard calico and dilute calico cats are that much harder to come by. One of the reasons for this is that the dilution gene is what’s known as a recessive gene. That means that a more dominant gene can mask it and a kitten would need to inherit the dilution gene from both parents in order to be born a dilute calico. "...- so, consider yourself very lucky indeed if you become the pet parent to one of these beauties." https://www.petsradar.com/advice/dilute-calico-cat

Story
This is Razzle Dazzle I found him back in December right before Christmas he was just outside a lot of people drop cats off in my neighborhood. He is fixed and up to date on his shots. I said experienced owner only because he orange so he’s a fun lil psycho he LOVES to play in the water dish and dump it and play and roll and he will play in the tub after you shower but he doesn’t want to swim he does do well with older and younger kids. He’s younger I’m not sure he maybe a yr. He loves to run down the stairs and race you down so not the best idea if you have toddlers.
