Calico kittens & cats in Dover, Ohio

This kitty is sweet, affectionate and soft. She grew up in a home with 5 kids and other cats. When grandkids were not able to keep her I took her so they would still be able to visit their kitty. Unfortuneately grandkids moved. Smokey loves to curl up on my lap, she is a total indoor cat, truly a sweetheart. She is 6 years old, I have had her a year, she adjusted well to our home after a couple of months. I would keep kitty if she was not determined to eat my parakeet, an added stress in my life which is not good for me, I am 80 with health issues, my husband is 90 with dementia. I really want a good, loving home for Smokey, she deserves it! It breaks my heart to think of her without someone who will care for her and love her.

I am trying to help my neighbor who has KiKi currently. The owners health with Parkinson's has declined significantly and can not take care of her anymore. Her partner is overwhelmed and considering euthanasia. I hate to see that happen when she is a really super sweet cat. It's not her fault she's in the situation she's in. She's very sweet, friendly and affectionate and never misses the litter box. She deserves a forever home.

After pampering her for awhile, we came to realize that Bumper was just living the sweet life of a mama-to-be, while not actually carrying any babies! That being said, Bumper loves extra attention, cuddles, and hugs and has come to expect nothing but the best! In her defense, we have lead her to believe this is exactly what she deserves! Bumper loves to have a blanket that she can burrow into to take her naps and will often play hide and seek if given the opportunity. Bumper is about 3-4  years old. Her adoption fee is $135.00  Paws and Prayers Cats are spay/neuter, fully vaccinated, FIV/FeLV tested (neg), dewormed, current on flea/tick prevention, and microchipped at the time of adoption. They are litterbox trained unless otherwise noted.
