We found Rain in the pouring rain, hiding in the back of a cat carrier that somebody put out in a field. She was terrorized thinking she was had to live her life alone against all odds. Thank goodness we took her in, because Rain was never meant to try to live that life. She was meant to be in a safe, warm, home with people who love her. And Rain is so easy to love. Super sweet, and oh so pretty (what about her fabulous tail?). She is charming, but a bit cautious. So, Rain will thrive best in a quiet home. Rain is about 1 year old, fully vet checked, spayed, FIV/Felv negative, UTD on vaccinations, treated for parasites, microchipped (with lifetime free registration), and fostered/ socialized in a loving family home. Ginger a grey tabby with a couple orange spots, is about 6 and a half, and as sweet as can be, but she doesn't do very well with other cats or animals. She would do best in a home where she would be the only pet. She loves to cuddle and be pet, and is still very playful at 6. She was an indoor/outdoor cat for most of her life, but has been indoor only for the past year and a half. She was found outside when she was about 10 months old. She will defend herself if she feels she has to, and still has her claws, but as long as you don't push her boundaries she won't ever use them against you. Ginger would do well in a home with kids who are old enough to understand her limits, and she's very good at communicating those limits! Ginger is currently very cautious when meeting new people, and will hide, but once she's comfortable with you she will really come out of her shell. Ginger is fixed and has had all her shots. Storm was rescued from a trailer park where people were not being kind to the cats. Not a safe place! Storm is a playful, loving kitty looking for a perfect space to get her zoomies out and cuddle with a loving family! She is very sweet and playful and loves interacting with other kitties. She is frisky! Storm is a beautiful spirit who deserves a loving forever home. She has spent her little lifetime trying to survive in a mobile home park community that is inundated with stray cats. The community is well known to relocate or dump them in unknown surrounding to get rid of them if they are lucky enough not to be starved, poisoned or drowned first. We have been working hard trying to save these kitties who all deserve a chance at a better life and are worth all the love they so badly desire! She does sometimes have eye issues that can act up when she is stressed. In the right loving home it is really not problem - just an occasional cleaning of her eye "goops." Storm is a sweetie! She is good with other cats and very social. Born likely early 2022, she is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and negative for fiv/felv. Adoption fee $60 or 2 adults for $100. UPDATE, Spooky is so sweet and loving. She is doing great and was able to get her vaccines , she is felv/fiv - negative. She is now spayed and micro chipped with Home Again finished her vaccines now good until next year. Spooky is eating well, finished her antibiotics and yesterday she did not need her sub Q fluid. She is still so malnourished but in one week she gained 1lb and 2 oz. Spooky is so happy and loving. At Spooky vet appointment today, she was just loving everyone and purring through her entire exam and vaccines. Spooky specially loved Jill one of our favorite vet techs. Spooky is felv/fiv negative, dewormed, first set vaccines and is scheduled to be spayed and micro chipped with Home Again on the 28th. This is Tatoo, she is a sweetheart, she is felv/fiv negative, spayed, vaccinated, dewormed and on flea prevention. We got called about another senior in over her head. Not only can she not afford vet cat but the living conditions are very poor. We took 4 of the kittens to the vets 2 days ago for vet care. Yesterday the mother and father cats got spayed/neutered. Today another male cat neutered. Tomorrow another male neuter. Now she told him there are 15 more cats/kittens. She told him only 1 more adult female and 1 kitten female. Our vet is able to neuter another male tomorrow. The poor cats/kittens all are flea infested, have worms and ear mites. We will be working on getting everyone spayed/neutered as fast as we can. We will get them all treated for fleas, worms and ear mites. We will be getting them all tested and vaccinated. They are all sweet as they can be. I little shy at first but the minute you start loving them they are love bugs. She has been a wonderful cat who has grown up with our family and been loved dearly by our children. She's used to a home with lots of activity and does well adjusting when there's a party or children running around! She's very quiet and independent. Our family situation has recently changed and we are looking for a loving family to adopt Penny. She receives a dose of insulin daily as a treatment for diabetes. Beaker is a sweet and brave little stray girl found in Oct at about 6 months old. She'd try to play with my current cat through the glass on my sliding door and eventually just walked in when I opened it. She loves attention and playing with other cats. Still has kitten energy so toys and attention from you or another cat are needed. Once her energy is gone she is content to be a lap cat. She is also very vocal when it is food or play time. She hasn't had much interest in trying to go outside. She has her shots and has been spayed recently so the cat carrier terrifies her. Also not a fan of being picked up and held. Trimming nails since the day she walked in and hasn't been an issue. Loves butt scratches. Tummy is a no no. Loves to fetch.
