Story
Meet Cherry Blossom – The Heart Melter! Cherry Blossom is the sweetest kitten you’ll ever meet, with her grayish Calico coat and a face that wins over everyone. Born to Clementine, a stray who found refuge with us just before giving birth, Cherry has been lovingly raised in a home filled with care and affection. She’s a cuddle bug who loves to jump into your arms and snuggle close, giving slow blinks and purring contentedly while being held. Cherry’s nurturing environment has made her incredibly affectionate and social, eager to share her love with a new family. Checked by a veterinarian and found to be in excellent health, Cherry behaved exceptionally well during her visit. This little heart melter would do best in a loving home where she can get plenty of attention. She would also prefer the company of another friendly cat, having grown up with her siblings. Although she hasn’t been tested with dogs, her young age suggests she’d adapt well to cat-friendly dogs.

Ring Gang Save Time! Complete an application, fillable on our website! **Adoption fee is $150.00 first kitten/cat and 50% for the second, includes preventatives. Kitten series vaccines, rabies and spay/neuter and microchip. Kittens over 6 months of age are $50 (no additional discounts) **Sneak peek kittens can be viewed on our FB Group CATS Resort. We try to post as much as possible on social media for your selection purposes. *We only hold kittens (OVER 8 weeks of age) with a full adoption fee paid (non refundable if you cancel) otherwise, we pass up other potential adopters for a "on hold" kitten, only to find out they changed their minds and we missed a window of opportunity.        You can submit payment once your application is approved and the kitten has been deemed medically stable.        If the kitten you are interested in is NOT 8 weeks old, we ask that you do not send payment until their medical health has been stabilized.             **Payments can be made through our website, Paypal as friends & family to avoid a service fee                             (  CastAsideToSurvive@gmail.com ) Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle or our website. If you use the facebook page (use the donate button) . You would need to forward the receipt as we do not get reports of payments until the end of the month. *Once they reach 3 pounds, they will be spayed/neutered (we pay) and given their rabies vaccine. Once we know when the surgery date is, we ask that you arrange a quick kitten vet appointment per our adoption agreement, we will schedule the finalization) Banister Veterinary Hospital, local to us, 845-331-1050 is very accommodating for this!        We recuperate 2 days post-operatively before medically releasing them to their new FURLESS homes. *When the adoption process is finalized in person, there is a binding contract that needs to be reviewed and signed. Our contract strongly indicates a vet appointment within four days of adoption. Please make your vet appointment as soon as we are discussing the adoption date, as we do not do diagnostic testing. We provide health records at that time. We do routine immunizations, preventative care for internal and external parasites and treat symptomatically. *This is a slow process. We are two women and the rescues in our care are priority. Mothers and babies, plus field trapping, being on the road, fundraising for medical costs, handling social media, emails, calls and more....sorry, please be patient. Messages are responded to in the order in which they were received both method and chronological. *We can move over to communicating via text (once all is approved) and you are added as a contact in my phone. We BEG you, don’t start multiple modes of communication. It just slows things down looking for the original content in order to be able to respond appropriately. We do not have staff to answer calls. Thanks for understanding! September 25, 2024, 12:16 am

Story
Luca, Lola, and Lionel were all born around 5/2/2024 and are some of the friendliest kitties. These butterballs are all love and laps. They love to be around humans and while they do love to play, they also love to curl up on your lap, a cat tree, a windowsill or wherever they find comfortable, because well… they are cats, and they usually do what they want anyway. All 3 love to be in your face and right next to you – especially Lionel, the orange boy. He will be on your head, your neck, your face, anywhere he can be as close as he can to you. Lionel would be GREAT for anyone wanting a very needy, overly loving kitty. They are all litter box trained and they all have been exposed to other cats and dogs – of course with any new household we recommend slow introductions since everyone will just be meeting for the first time, but we know they can live in harmony with them 😊 These kitties would do great with children who know how to properly handle cats and understand they do like to climb, so make sure to get enough scratching posts and cat trees to keep them entertained and busy! You can’t go wrong with this litter – If you’re looking for a kitten to grow with the family or in your household, these kittens are amazing. They are friendly, sweet, loving, playful, and all-around great kitties who will make wonderful companions for the perfect homes. ________________________________________________________________________________ If you would like to adopt this kitty, please complete an application on our website: www.pawsitive-impact-animal-rescue.org This animal is healthy, up to date on vaccinations, current on preventions, dewormed and microchipped. A certificate of health is issued from a vet prior to transport. We are a small, struggling rescue in Texas where we do our best to prevent euthanasia in shelters and help stray and neglected animals find forever homes. Adoption fees are our only source of funding for the rescue. Unless otherwise specified at the top of the profile for this animal, this animal is considered to be located in foster care in Texas and available for transport once adopted.

Story
Evie, FiFi, Minnie, Frankie, Figaro and Jeeves are some of the cutest, biggest eyed babies we’ve ever seen. Born the first week of August (approximately), these sweet babies are looking for their forever homes. We were notified of 2 momma cats (1 only had 1 kitten, Minnie) that were left outside of an apartment complex, tiny as can be. When the good Samaritan who found them went back, they were gone. She kept looking, and one day she was able to find them on the side of a building, thankfully all alive and thriving. We immediately took them in, and these chunks have not been short a meal. They are getting used to human contact and are loving it. Their mommas did a wonderful job in raising these 6 babies (3 males, 3 females) – we never leave a mom behind, and both of the mommas will be available also for adoption soon too! As of 9/21, they only weigh about 1.5 lbs. They all look to have medium length hair. These sweet babies are loving their full access to food (they’re eating dry), and they are already litter box trained. They have not met doggies yet as we do not want to put too much stress on them, but we believe with time and patience, they would be able to live happily in a home with cat friendly dogs. Other kitties are no issue! These babies love their cat trees in their cat room and are just learning what toys are. They have a ball climbing to top of the cat towers and pretending to be kings and queens of the room. They are quite small kitties, if you have young children, please feel confident in your children’s ability to be kind and gentle before considering adopting. While they of course will get bigger, we do not want to put them at risk of injury if children can’t understand they could hurt them given their size. If you’re looking for a sweet, fun, entertaining kitty to add to your home, please consider adopting 1, or even 2, of these awesome kitties. Adoption Fee includes: Feline distemper vaccine, feline leukemia vaccine, dewormer, microchip, current flea prevention, FIV/ FLV Test and health certificate that they will get from a veterinarian prior to transport. These kitties are located in Texas and available to be transported to the areas they are posted in ONCE adopted. Please fill out an application at www.pawsitive-impact-animal-rescue.org You can contact us at info@pawsitive-impact-animal-rescue.org
