Story
Jolene is a sweet dilute calico who was found wandering alone, trying to get into neighbors homes. We don't know what happened to this sweet young kitty, hut the behavior indicates that she once had a home and then someone cruelly dumped her outside to fend for herself.Sweet Jolene is diagnosed Felv+, probably a result of being outside, left to fend for herself. She is still a healthy kitty and would make a great solo pet, or, with a home who has an Felv +kitty.Interested in adopting this pet?Click here for BCAA's on-line Application! Story
This sweet 8 pound 4 year old was adopted at a shelter by our daughters college roommate thought it would be fun to have multiple cats and ended up with 3, then decided this cat wasn't hers and stopped taking care of her. We went to the school to bring the cat home but we cant keep her long term. Kitty might be good with older cats but didn’t like the kittens in the dorm pestering her. She might also do well with older more calm dogs but not high energy or puppies. She comes with everything a cat could need. Cat tower, 2 litter boxes, litter, food, toys, auto feeder, water fountain, cat carrier, etc She is definitely a lap cat and loves pets and belly rubs. She runs to greet us when we come home. She’d be a great family cat! Give Kitty a chance!

Luna is a very loving 4 year old adult female cat. She does not get along with other cats as she is very territorial. She loves being pet and will follow you around everywhere you go. She does not like to be held, but will sleep with you and snuggle against you while you sit on the couch.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Cindy was found by a person when her house burnt down and her owner died. Cindy was staying inside the burnt house and coming out to find food when someone spotted her and started to feed her. She was feeding her for 3 months but called Four the Paws when the weather started to get cold. Cindy went to a foster home where she was warm and had blankets to lay on. Cindy is a bit chubby because she loves to eat food and her chicken snacks. She is really laid back and doesn't play much but loves to lay on her thick blankets and walk around to see what is going on or to look out the window. We think it will be best if she is an only cat in the household she really doesn't like the other fosters and will hiss at them when she is walking by them. She loves to be petted on her head and will purr up a storm. Cindy was already spayed, received her 1st FVRCP vaccine, dewormed, received flea medication, and tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV. Please consider giving this girl a new home where she can be loved. To adopt Cindy, please complete the online application at www.fourthepaws.org. Cindy's adoption fee is $120.00.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 23, 2025, 9:34 am

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Maribel was found by a man who took her in and within two weeks she gave birth to four kittens (Marshall, Maddie, Marble and Maxine). Maribel's dad was hospitalized shortly after and he suddenly passed away. The family didn't know what to do with Maribel and the kittens so they called Four The Paws and they went right into a foster home. Maribel might be young but she is an amazing mom and cat. She is so friendly and just waits for you to pet her and she loves her cat treats (cookies).  Maribel is spayed, received her first FVRCP vaccine, dewormed, received flea medication, and tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV. She would love to go home with you and have a furever home to call her own since all of her kittens were adopted. To put an application in for Maribel, please go to www.fourthepaws.org and her adoption fee will be $120.00. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 10, 2025, 2:35 pm

Story
Jonah had a feral mom that found beautiful elderly humans to take care of her and then Jonah and his brothers for the past 7 years. Unfortunately, his human dad passed away and his mom has to move as she cannot live alone any longer. Jonah is such a sweet boy once he feels comfortable with new people. He loves to purr and snuggle in the blankets. He is very shy when he first meets new people, and he will definitely need patient new humans. Once he knows you love him and he will be safe, he opens up to love you and show his playful side. He would do well in a quiet household with no small children. He would be a wonderful companion for someone who lives alone or a couple. Jonah has always been in a house with other cats, but he has never lived with dogs and may be afraid at first.
