Story
Marianna is a very sweet, petite, affectionate girl! She's raised her 3 babies so she's ready to find a family of her own now. She's learning to enjoy the cat tree, but seems to prefer the window ledge. She enjoys hanging out with her peole also. She's not very interested in toys right now, but that could also be because she she still has her kittens to play with.  If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please submit an Adoption Request Form. This is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract. To learn more about The Rescue Crew adoption process and the care our foster animals receive, please visit our Adoption Process page on our official website.  All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption.  The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Application prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care. For the most complete information regarding this animal, and all of our adoptable pets, please ensure you are visiting our website directly at www.RescueCrew.org. You can also access the necessary online adoption application here as well. Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. ##2093364##

Story
Callie is a five year old spayed female. She lives peacefully with three other cats. She is beautiful. She doesn't like to be picked up. She loves to play. She likes it when you sit on the floor to pet her, I wonder if she was dropped as a kitten and doesn't like to be high. She pees in her box, but she does not poop in the box. She always poops in the same place on the wood floor. I believe she doesn't like the texture of litter on her paws. I have tried every type of litter. Unfortunately, I have a business in my home and her pooping when clients are coming and going is just not working anymore. It's really not a big deal to pick this up everyday, I just can't have people in the house with this situation. She scratches the post, not furniture. She is good in every other way. I wish she was compatible with our household because she is a sweetheart.

Story
3 yr, 5 months Dotty and her mom, Delilah, were found abandoned at a farm and turned over to Rescue. Dotty, a beautiful calico, was born around May 2020. She is quiet, affectionate on her terms with trusted people, and avoidant of strangers. Dotty enjoys window watching and playing with wand toys as long as there is no competition. She is on the passive side and really enjoys Delilah’s companionship. Dotty likes a little bit of petting and brushing. She does not like being picked up and prefers to sit near you. She gets along with most cats. Dotty has not met dogs, nor kids under age nine, but if they are gentle and quiet she will be fine. Are you the patient person willing to give her time to trust and blossom? This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Cats have been vet checked, spayed/neutered, wormed, tested for FIV/FeLV, have distemper and rabies shots. Adoption fees are $200+tax and for cats age 6+ the fee is $175+tax. Some special breeds are $250+tax. For further information or to start the adoption process, leave a message at 612-202-9492 or email cattalesmn@outlook.com If you are gone 7 or more hours a day, please consider adopting two cats, as one cat usually gets bored. Two cats are easier to care for than one (they self-entertain while you are at work), and they are emotionally healthier (don’t get lonely and bored). ~*~*~* Follow us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/cattalesmn *~*~*~*~*

Ivy, a tabby calico mix older kitten, was found in a park and unclaimed. She purrs on contact with her trusted person, likes petting, and brushing. She is very friendly with trusted folks, shy of strangers, affectionate, easy going and quiet until meal time. Ivy greets you, follows you, and allows you to place her in your lap. She has fine litter box habits and uses a scratching post. Foster kitten pals are available. This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Thank you for stopping by to see me!  Please fill out an application to set up  a private meeting.    Hi! I'm Arrietty, a playful, social, and friendly young lady.  My FAVORITE thing ever is to PLAY! I love to chase glitter pom poms, ear plugs, erasers, bugs, and anything small all over the house.  If I found a family who could play with me and cuddle me a LOT, I could go to a home without another cat. But I like cats and really appreciate having feline friends to groom, cuddle, and chase.  I've even won over the old man cats in my foster home.   I'm named for Arrietty, the main character of the Borrower books who was always in search of a safe home, because when I was a street cat, I kept trying to sneak into houses.  Now that I've gotten indoors, I like to stay indoors! I do like to have a perch where I can look out a window, though.  It's too bad I can't speak people language, because I know everything that's happening in the neighborhood.  I like strangers and would make a great shop cat.  I have not met a dog yet, but am not easily spooked and probably would get used to a respectful dog quickly.   One of my favorite hobbies is hiding in my foster mom's room while she gets ready for bed, so I can sneak snuggle her.  My cardinal rule is that nobody naps alone.  Another hobby is hiding my favorite toys in blankets and furniture.  Every night we have Zoomie Hour.  (Sometimes its more like....Zoomie Four Hours). One other thing I like is food.  I am learning table manners but sometimes need to be reminded to leave my family's dinner alone. They have hidden the garbage cans so I can't help myself to midnight snacks anymore.  Treats have helped me learn that toenail trims and brushing can be fun. I'm still learning to keep my claws retracted when playing with the humans, but I'm getting better at it! When I came into rescue, I had a belly full of surprise babies!  I loved playing with my two kittens, but they got adopted and now I'm ready to find my very own forever home.  Being pregnant in a new house wasn't fun, and I showed my unhappiness a few times by peeing outside my litterbox. Things have gotten better since then and I am very consistent about the litterbox now. If you have a window, some treats, and time to play with me - please put in an application! I'd love to make your home mine. *indoor cat only* Please fill out a Feline application here: https://underdogrescuemn.com/adoption-applications/feline-adoption-application/ ***Be sure to check your spam/junk folder as sometimes our emails end up there*** Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.If you have other questions about me you can email Underdog Rescue at <inquiries@underdogrescuemn.com> ADOPTION EVENTS:      Adoption events are updated at the top of each dogs animals' as their foster home signs up. I’m Jewels, a stunning young adult female tortie who is ready to get all the loves from my new family. I am still working on litterbox training but I’m a smart gal so I’m confident I will master it in no time. I loves me some catnip and lots of different scratchers, but my favorite activities are watching the critters outside (nice cozy window perch please!) and playing or snuggling with my large resident feline brother…in fact, I love him so much that I may even enjoy having a feline brother at my new home. That said, I’m also very independent and perfectly content hoarding all the love and affection (and toys!) myself! Hee, hee!! Anyway, my life is great with foster mom, but I have always dreamed of a fur-ever home of my own with a wonderful family that will love me unconditionally and NEVER give up on me!
