Story
Marianna is a very sweet, petite, affectionate girl! She's raised her 3 babies so she's ready to find a family of her own now. She's learning to enjoy the cat tree, but seems to prefer the window ledge. She enjoys hanging out with her peole also. She's not very interested in toys right now, but that could also be because she she still has her kittens to play with.  If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please submit an Adoption Request Form. This is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract. To learn more about The Rescue Crew adoption process and the care our foster animals receive, please visit our Adoption Process page on our official website.  All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption.  The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Application prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care. For the most complete information regarding this animal, and all of our adoptable pets, please ensure you are visiting our website directly at www.RescueCrew.org. You can also access the necessary online adoption application here as well. Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. ##2093364##

Story
Papaya is a sweet petite little mama. She makes a lot of cute noises (but they tend to be quiet). She's slowly getting more and more interested in human contact. At the moment, she will allow pets if she walks near us, but hasn't opted to lay with us and doesn't like being held.  She came to us from Pine Ridge Reservation with her 2 babies (Lychee & Kiwi) and likely got pregnant pretty young. She definitely prefers quiet and calm. She does not like dogs and doesn't seem to be interested in the resident cat.  She'd likely do best as an only pet, or with VERY slow introductions to other animals. Need a calm environment and humans with patience! Story
3 yr, 5 months Dotty and her mom, Delilah, were found abandoned at a farm and turned over to Rescue. Dotty, a beautiful calico, was born around May 2020. She is quiet, affectionate on her terms with trusted people, and avoidant of strangers. Dotty enjoys window watching and playing with wand toys as long as there is no competition. She is on the passive side and really enjoys Delilah’s companionship. Dotty likes a little bit of petting and brushing. She does not like being picked up and prefers to sit near you. She gets along with most cats. Dotty has not met dogs, nor kids under age nine, but if they are gentle and quiet she will be fine. Are you the patient person willing to give her time to trust and blossom? This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Cats have been vet checked, spayed/neutered, wormed, tested for FIV/FeLV, have distemper and rabies shots. Adoption fees are $200+tax and for cats age 6+ the fee is $175+tax. Some special breeds are $250+tax. For further information or to start the adoption process, leave a message at 612-202-9492 or email cattalesmn@outlook.com If you are gone 7 or more hours a day, please consider adopting two cats, as one cat usually gets bored. Two cats are easier to care for than one (they self-entertain while you are at work), and they are emotionally healthier (don’t get lonely and bored). ~*~*~* Follow us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/cattalesmn *~*~*~*~*

Ivy, a tabby calico mix older kitten, was found in a park and unclaimed. She purrs on contact with her trusted person, likes petting, and brushing. She is very friendly with trusted folks, shy of strangers, affectionate, easy going and quiet until meal time. Ivy greets you, follows you, and allows you to place her in your lap. She has fine litter box habits and uses a scratching post. Foster kitten pals are available. This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Spot, Little Girl  & Sasha are local owner surrenders due to the owners passing and family is unable to continue care long term for them. Spot is white with calico spots female. She does not like to be held but will sit on your lap. She is friendly. Loves to be brushed.  She is more dominant than thatn the other 2 cats in the home.  They are all good with cat savvy dogs (lived with 2) and she doesn't mind kids as long as they don't try to carry them around. They also were able to integrate with another cat in the home, so with ample time they would be ok in a home with other cats as well.  If she sounds like the purfect addition to your home, please apply online https://mattysheartandsoulanimalrescue.rescuegroups.org/ Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.December 16, 2024, 8:56 pm
