Good with dogs, Not good with cats, House-trained,
Story
Hi, I’m Saz—Your Future Independent Queen My humans say I’m a strong, independent calico who knows what she wants—and what I want is a quiet home where I can be the only pet. I’ve lived with a dog before (he was fine, I guess), but I’m happiest when I don’t have to share my space. I am looking for a place where I can be the only cat companion. I’m not a lap cat, but I do like sleeping right between your legs at night—that’s my favorite spot. I’m not big on toys, except my stuffed sloth—if you shake it or wave a wand toy, I might just play along. I’m also very clean and always use my litter box like a pro. I need a patient human who understands that I’m independent, but that doesn’t mean I don’t love in my own way. If you give me time and respect my space, I’ll reward you with quiet companionship and the occasional cuddle (on my terms, of course).

Story
We got Sasha from a rescue while working in Arizona. She has always been sassy, certain things make her anxious, and at times fought with our other cats if there was a strange cat or other situation that triggered her. She has always been very loving towards us, on her terms at least. She will jump up on our laps, makes biscuits and purr, snuggle and sleep with us. But lately she has seemed more agitated and aggressive towards our other cats. She bit one of our other cats pretty good and my wife got bit trying to break up another incident. At present she is being kept in a house we are renovating but can't make that permanent. She was very sick last fall and it was discovered she had IBD and EPI. She has recovered and gained back the weight she lost. She requires oral steroids at least for a while and pancreatic enzymes added to her food the rest of her life. We really hate to give her up but think that best for her. She would be an awesome cat in a one cat home. Please help her.

Story
Starla is a three year old female calico with a sweet and friendly personality. She loves people. She came from a shelter and adjusted to my home very quickly. She loves to eat, play, nap and snuggle. She is also very loving. I would like her to have a loving home where she can be happy and well cared for.

Story
I adopted Lucy from a shelter 9 years ago and she was 9 months old. Lucy will be 10 years old in May this year, and is a very sweet, loving, and affectionate cat. She is slightly anxious at times when there’s a lot of action/ activity in the house. Or she’ll hide in a quiet place until all is calm. She loves to hang out with me in my office on a cat tree during the day, and cuddle up on my lap in the evenings. We’re moving later this year and we feel that she would have a hard time with it. I would love to find an adopter who could provide plenty of love & affection, compassion since she's an older cat, and a window to occupy during the day.

Story
Scarlett is 1.5 year old DSH calico with a big personality in a very tiny body. If you're looking for someone to yap with, this is your girl! She is a great companion cat for any other cat--she loves to cuddle and play with any feline friends. She doesn't have much interest in people unless you want to play fetch, and in that case, you're her best friend. She loves hairties and will play with them nonstop. The reason we need to rehome is behavioral. Unfortunately she is not fond of the litter box, and will need someone who is able to work with her regarding this. We believe she may have experienced some trauma while using a litter box previously, and will not use one if someone is in the same room with her. We have tried multiple boxes, litters, enzyme sprays, and pheromones to try to convince her everything is okay, but she will really only pee in the box. If it's number two, she will go directly in front of the box or nearby. She's a special girl for a special person.
