Calico kittens & cats in Fishers, Indiana

Chloe is a loving cuddle bug, but my allergies have become unmanageable. She’s 12 years old and I have all her paperwork plus dishes, carrier, food, brushes, scratching post and toys!

Meet Nya! Nya is the of her litter kitty of her litter mates. She is almost 5 yrs old. She can be very timid at first and takes her time to settle but once she does she is quite active and social when she wants to be. To extremely as she enjoys her independence and space. She is very vocal too depending on the day. She was found on the side of the road with 3 of her litter mates in a box. Barely 4 wks old. Nya is beautiful and so sweet once comfortable with her surroundings. She loves all cats, dogs, and critters of all sizes. Nya is very independent and likes it that way. A home with other pets is preferred. Nya is fully vetted spayed and up to date on all vaccines. I got Butterfly from the Johnson County Animal Shelter almost a year ago, she literally catfished me into thinking she was a cuddly kitty! 🤣 She’s 9 years old and is very independent. It takes her awhile to warm up to people but once she’s comfortable she will sit with you and hang out with you. I’m very said to even be putting her up for adoption, but unfortunately I cannot take care of her anymore and she needs a family that can really care for her how she’s supposed to be cared for. All I ask is for pictures of her to be sent every now and then to make sure she’s okay.

Took this cat in after seeing a post that she had kittens by a ladies house who was not willing to bring them indoors. She is not feral, so believe she was put out. Shes very sweet. I have taken her to my vet, up to date on shots, had her spayed Dec 3rd. Started her on Nexguard. Litter trained. She just hisses at my dog so i am not sure if she hates dogs, or just being a momma.

This is Dolce she is very loving and needs rehoming because of landlord permission. She is a wonderful cat and is loving to everybody.

Bubbles is a 3-year-old cat who is patiently waiting for her forever home. She is a bit shy at first and takes a moment to warm up to new surroundings, but once she feels comfortable, she reveals her true loving nature. Bubbles will require a little more patience from her new family, but the reward is a deeply affectionate and loyal companion. Her gentle purrs and tender snuggles are worth the wait, making her a delightful addition to a home willing to give her the time she needs to feel secure and loved.

Meet Feesh, a sweet and loving 7-year-old cat who’s looking for a new home where he can get all the attention and affection he deserves. Feesh is the ultimate cuddle buddy and he loves nothing more than curling up with you for some quality time. He is a total attention hog and will happily roll over for belly rubs and chin scratches, which he absolutely adores. He is also great with kids and always friendly with anyone who comes to visit. Feesh does have one little challenge. While he mostly uses his litter box, he sometimes has accidents outside of it, no matter what we have tried. His loving and gentle nature more than makes up for it, and all we want is for Feesh to have a loving home with people who are patient and understanding. He is the sweetest boy you will ever meet!

NovaHow do you do? My name is now Nova, but when I was at the HSHC for the first time, I was Gidget. I was found as a stray cat in Fishers when I was three. I got adopted and lived with this family for three years. I was happy, but one of the animals in the household (a dog) did not tolerate cats. So I have returned to HSHC, 6-years-old and a bit bewildered about my current situation. I am an easy-going girl with a pleasing personality. I am living peacefully in a Roaming Room with several other cats, demonstrating my social skills. I was a gentle, cuddly girl when I was here the first time, and I remain so now. The interviewer lady came to see me, and I was perched atop a cat tree looking out the window. I had been resting my eyes, but when she placed her head on a level with mine, I sniffed her and encouraged her to pet me. I rearranged myself so that she could reach several itchy areas. Another cat approached to investigate and hissed at us, but I ignored her and continued enjoying myself. I look forward to being adopted by someone who loves cats and whose dog is also a cat-lover! 7-10-24

MazzyBelieve it or not, cats don`t always get to keep their name. Mazzy is my second name. My first owner called me Cookie, but she surrendered me in 2021 when I was 4-years-old because she hadn`t enough time for me. I was soon adopted, given a new name, and lived with this owner for 3+ years. Because his landlord objected to me living with him, I returned to HSHC in August 2024. Luckily, I moved into a Roaming Room with five or six other cats, and I love it! I am now 9-years-old and a smidge on the chunky side. I was happy the interviewer lady (IL) visited our room. I rubbed against her hand so she would continue petting me. I was mesmerized by the ear rubs she gave me. The IL told me I was a beautiful dark brown Tabby girl with a white bib, white paws, and striking green eyes. I agreed with her that I could use a good brushing, a healthy diet, and some TLC. I`ve lived with young kids in the past but never with other cats or dogs. However, look how well I am getting along with my Roaming Roommates! I almost forgot to tell you that I am already spayed and good at using the litterbox. I need some love and care; I`m sure you can provide that.
