Story
Hello, I'm Sally. I was a stray kitten and I was found in my Mom's shed all alone. She took me in and we became best friends. A few weeks ago, my mom passed away and I'm still adapting after the loss and finding comfort in her bedroom. I do miss sitting in my Mom's lap. I cherish my independence and I normally would be outside exploring and then meowing outside of my house to come in but I need to wait to go play until I find my forever home. I've faced the changes with a calm spirit as I have always been sweet and loving. If you seek a serene companion who values both together time and alone time, I'm your perfect match. Let's create a peaceful home together.

Story
Bean is a 2-year-old cat rescued as a kitten in Woodstock, GA. She’s playful, curious, and loves chasing hair bands across the room. She can be affectionate on her terms and enjoys light petting, but may bite or scratch if she becomes overstimulated. Bean is litter-trained but very particular about cleanliness—her box needs to be scooped daily or she may choose soft furniture instead. She also struggles with anxiety when left alone for long stretches and is currently on Prozac to help manage that. My wife and I love her deeply, but with our busy work schedules, we aren’t able to give her the consistency and environment she needs. We believe she would do best in a calm, patient home with someone experienced in caring for cats with unique behavioral needs. There is no adoption fee. We simply want Bean to go to a loving home that understands her and can help her thrive.

Story
My ex Allen and I adopted Ginny from the complex we used to live in Birmingham. So we had her and two more cats, Caroline and Willy. Caroline never got along with other pets. But Willy and Ginny became besties very fast! After we separated, I picked up Caroline to live with me, while the others stayed with Allen, and we kept in touch through the years. Recently life threw me a curve ball and I had to come and stay at his place until I figured things out. Caroline rejoined the crew as well. Then sadly, Allen passed away suddenly this October. So I had three cats at that point. And less than two weeks ago I also lost Willy :( I have both girls now, but they don't get alomg. I have to move by the 10th and can't have both. I love Ginny, she's so sweet, loves belly rubs and playing with her fish! But Caroline is too attached to me, it's been years.. Ginny is eight years old and very well behaved. I'm sure she also misses her brother, so a family with another cat buddy would be a bonus 😺😺

Story
Meet Alice — the brave little tabico who learned to love again. Alice’s story began in a rural shelter, where she arrived as a tiny 4-week-old stray. Heartbreakingly, her sibling didn’t survive, leaving Alice alone, scared, and unsure of the world. She was so frightened that she hissed and spat at anyone who came near — but underneath that fear was a gentle soul just waiting for a chance. Within just two days in foster care, Alice’s transformation was incredible. Once she realized she was safe and loved, she blossomed into a purring, affectionate kitten who adores human attention. Now, she greets people with curiosity instead of fear and happily soaks up all the pets and cuddles she can get. Alice joined our “Brady Bunch” litter — kittens her age who quickly became her playmates and cuddle buddies. Though not related, she fit right in and learned how to be a carefree kitten again. She’s a beautiful tabico — a lovely mix of calico and brown tabby stripes — with expressive eyes that sometimes make her look a little annoyed (don’t be fooled, she’s just got that “resting cute face” ). Alice is curious and playful, but she’s also on the lower-energy side, perfectly content to lounge on the couch and keep you company while you watch TV. Raised in a foster home with cats and dogs of all ages, Alice has grown into a confident, well-adjusted little cat. She’d do best in a home with gentle, older children who understand how small and special she is. If you’re looking for a loving, resilient kitten who’s equal parts independent and affectionate, Alice is ready to curl up next to you and purr her way right into your heart. Alice is estimated to be about 5 months old as of Dec 2025. She is fully vetted: spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, defleaed. She tested negative for FeLV, FIV, and heartworms. Because Alice is a kitten, she must be adopted with her brother peter, a foster friend or into a home with another young cat. Here is some information about why we have this policy: Two kittens are better than one The adoption fee is discounted $25 for each kitten adopted in a pair.
