We are in a little time crunch. Last year I reached out to every cat rescue I could find trying to find a foster or home for the three remaining cats that were my mother in laws. I am allergic and our dog wants to eat them so we cannot keep them. We have been caring for them in the interim, but we are down to the wire as the place is slated for demolition in 2 weeks. We need to find a new home for them. They are all about 5 years old and all are fixed. The girls are much more shy, they do have clipped ears so I think may have been feral rescues at one time. They are affectionate, but take time to get used to you.

She showed up at our door. Very petite, affectionate, and in good shape. She needs protection. We can't take her in with our 2 dogs

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Cassidy is a very friendly 5 year old, who has a cute twin brother named Butch.  They have both been to the vet recently and passed their health exams with flying colors, and had vax updated.  They were both part of a 7-cat rescue in late July by VCC, when a long time volunter who had 7 cats had a medical emergency severe enough that she could no longer care for them at all.  We took them in and have spent 2.5 months socializing them to a place of cleanliness and safe living.  They'd love to have a second chance at their own small loving home.  They are bonded and used too other cats but do not have to be adopted together.  They both are really perfect for cat lovers, an older person/couple or family, who want active, interactive pets for close companionship.  Neither has ever lived outdoors so really must have indoor-only home.  Call use at 941-525-4568 if you are interested!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 3, 2024, 6:33 pm

Mila is a beautiful young tuxedo cat, who just turned one year in January 2025. Mila is very sweet, and gets along with other cats, dogs, and children! Mila is a gorgeous girl with white markings on her face and chest and beautiful green eyes. She especially loves to lounge in the lanai.

Lunar is a very sweet and affectionate one-year-old boy. He loves to be petted and will purr up a storm and do air biscuits. In addition to being sweet and affectionate, Lunar is a very handsome boy with a shiny coat and glowing eyes. Come meet him and fall in love.
