Story
Tallulah is the perfect cuddle buddy! She is the most calm and mellow kitty, laid back, relaxed, no drama. Very, very sweet and affectionate. Only good things to say about her. Also open to a temporary foster home for her until a permanent one is found. She is in a foster home with other cats and very unhappy. She would do best in a single pet household (maybe one other cat) and older children only please. Call Susan at 850.281.5557 (No Texts Please) or submit her online adoption application: https://form.jotform.com/adoptarescue/cat-adoptionfoster-application

Story
Please consider sponsoring a cat. For a little as $10 a month you can help us help more animals in need.Mama was trying to protect her kittens that were being attacked by neighborhood dogs in Cantonment. She was finally caught by someone in the neighborhood with her kittens and brought to Blue Angel Pet Salon in Pace. She was given the best food and a safe space to keep nursing and caring for her babies. Her kittens are now weaned and Mama was spayed and deserves to be a kid herself. At barely a year old, she loves to play with her toys and other cats. She loves dry and wet food and she also loves neck massages. Since she's been at a grooming shop she's very used to dogs and loud noises. She is super friendly and purrs very loud!  Mama's adoption fee is $100. Included in each adoption: age appropriate shots, microchip, and spay/neuter surgery. All kitties are litterbox trained. Story
A kind woman on a fixed income found this precious kitty on her doorstep one day.  She would love to keep her but cannot.  She is super affectionate and sweet tempered.  Another stray deserving her own forever home!  Do you have room in your heart and home for this lovely girl? If you are interested in adopting, please go to straylovefoundation.org and fill out an adoption application. Each of our rescues will be COMPLETELY vetted (which includes a combo test, often a parvo test, worming, spay/neutered, vaccines, and micro-chipping). We do all in our power to assure our rescues are as healthy as possible and live a long happy life. There is always a chance that an animal we have rescued will have a genetic health issue (since they are rescues there is no way that we can know their family history) or one of our tests falls in that low percentage of false-negative category or a they contract a rare disease that we have no way of knowing about or they contract under your care. We cannot guarantee 100% that your pet will live the 15 to 20 years we hope for but with all that we do for them, the chances are incredibly strong that they will. Transportation fees, when applicable, vary by distance/expense. Home checks may be conducted. We are asking for an adoption donation of $148. On most animals, a tax-deductible adoption donation of $148 is required upon approved adoption application. (This is a fraction of our vet expenses and you are always welcome to donate more.) HOWEVER, when we rescue a special breed, ridiculously adorable, or unusual color, we ask for a higher donation which helps towards our vet expenses. If you can't adopt, donate or sponsor, if you can't donate, volunteer! Tax-deductible donations can be made via PayPal using our email address: info@straylovefoundation.org. Or you can click on the donate button on our FB page (StrayLoveFoundation Magnolia Springs) or click on the donate button on our website home page at www.straylovefoundation.org. Story
Introducing Kiri, the drop dead gorgeous calico who rules the roost at our sanctuary with her unique blend of calico "cattitude" and sweet charm. While Kiri might be a bit of a loner, she has a loving side that makes her the perfect lap cat everyone dreams of. Kiri loves to snuggle and will come to greet you as soon as you enter our sanctuary, making you feel right at home. She arrived in October 2023, and we believe she’s more than ready to find her forever home where she can continue to shine. If you’re looking for a beautiful and affectionate companion, Kiri is the one for you. Come meet her and see why she’s the queen of our sanctuary! Rescued from a trailer park just west of Baldwin Express on Doc McDuffie Road, Ziggy's journey to our sanctuary is nothing short of heroic. When we received a distressing call about the impending threat to shoot the resident cats by a new owner of the property, we knew we had to act swiftly.   Having already TNVR'd the cats in this area, we were familiar with their stories. Ziggy, along with her five siblings, was pulled to safety just before the caretaker had to leave. While her siblings remain skittish, Ziggy stands out with her loving and approachable nature. As part of our sanctuary entourage, she wins over everyone she meets with her friendly greetings.   This cross-eyed beauty is not only a cuddler but also appreciates her own space. Ziggy gets along wonderfully with other catsNovember 4, 2024, 10:09 am

Story
Mr. Friendly's a special sweet kitty waiting for someone to scoop him up and make him their furever boy. This beautiful kitty was found in the middle of an existing colony of community cats but it was obvious he didn't start out that way. It appears he was dumped there when he was about 2 years old. Thankfully one of the caregivers saw he was friendly and brought him to the local kitty care center.  His foster mom said it seems like he was just waiting for that human connection. And it sure felt great to be safe inside where he belonged! It didn't take long for his caregivers to see that he loved to play with toys and (if you can't tell by his name) he turned out to be quite the friendly kitty!   Mr. Friendly is a big boy with a gorgeous sleek black coat that really shows off his pretty white whiskers. While he has been around other kitties, he hasn't had any exposure to dogs in his foster home. He is friendly with children, and would make a wonderful kitty for a family or a quiet home with older adults. He would be happy in a home as an only kitty or in a home with kitty siblings. If you're searching for an affectionate young adult kitty who loves to be petted, is playful, and wants to be where you are...Mr. Friendly is ready to meet you! If you would like to introduce yourself, this sweet boy will be at the adoption events at Petsmart in Pensacola (Davis Highway store) on Saturdays. Please complete one of our Kitty Adoption Forms on our Adoption Information page and be sure to mention Mr. Friendly. He has all his shots and is already neutered, too. He can't wait to meet you!    Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.October 25, 2024, 7:29 pm
