Story
Please contact Julianne (jnmarrie@gmail.com) for more information about this pet.Meet Opal! After raising her babies and watching them all get adopted, while she was sadly overlooked, this sweet girl is looking for her happy ending. Opal LOVES to be pet and scratched, especially around her ears/head and just above her tail. She is a shy gal, but she is always gentle and she also LOVES other cats. Her foster mom introduced her to her resident cats and she immediately approached them for nuzzles and head butts. She is FIV+, but this is truly nothing to fear. She will live a full life and, aside from being aware that she has a weaker immune system, her diagnosis does not require special medical attention. FIV is most often transmitted through a deep puncture wound from an infected cat. Therefore, cats who test positive for FIV CAN live with FIV-negative cats with minimal risk of transmission as long as they do not fight to the point of biting. For more information, please visit https://www.alleycat.org/resources/feline-immunodeficiency-virus-fiv/. Opal is a gentle girl who loves the company of other cats and kittens, so she will be a wonderful addition in a quiet home that can give her time to open up and feel safe with them. Her adoption fee is $50 - she is spayed, microchipped, negative for FeLV, and has all of her initial vaccines. To meet Opal, please email her foster mom at: jnmarrie@gmail.com.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 25, 2025, 1:34 pm

Story
Buttons was originally a TNR project I found hanging with her raccoon family by the local dump. She was really young- maybe 4-5 months old- and incredibly skittish, but willing to trust- so I decided to spend about 2 months getting familiar with her. After a scuffle with a local older cat (and dysentery fears) I decided to capture her faster than anticipated, and with the help of Brozanski For Cats, got her into a feral trap for a vet exam the next day. A day after the vet, we discovered that she is Feline Leukemia positive- though clearly in decent health, and weve been looking for new homes since, as to not risk the resident cat. It's important to remember that feline leukemia, though scary, isn't a death sentence, and she'd do perfectly well as a single family cat, or with other FeLV positives! She is shy, as she's only been around people full time for a month, but she's been making steady progress with me, and is now a butt pat demander and a professional biscuit maker.

Please contact Tinina and Nic (bindadoned@gmail.com) for more information about this pet.Meet Nina! This beautiful, affectionate, 6-year-old classic tuxedo girl is ready to be your relaxed companion! This friendly lady prefers cozying up next to anyone and everyone over chasing toys. She's a professional napper and loves being brushed. While she adores a good lap cuddle, she's not a "velcro-cat"—she's happy just being nearby. She only uses her cute, raspy meow when she's ready for some attention. She will hang out under the desk while you work or on a nearby perch while you do chores. Nina is looking for a calm, home where she can be a part of her human's world. Come meet this friendly cuddle-bug today! Her $50 adoption fee includes her spay, microchip and vaccinations (Rabies and FVRCP). Please contact Kathy & Craig (ChatatKat1@yahoo.com) for more information about this pet.Meet King Charles, KC to his friends!  He is a very dapper brown & cream striped tabby kitten with a spotted belly and green eyes.  He is a frisky little guy.  His favorite toy is his sister, the lovely Bubblegum!  They love to play chase through the kitty tunnel and up and down the cat tree.  He is very active, exploring the house and patio or getting up close to his human to see what's happening.  He is really an affectionate fella and purrs loud when snuggling on a friendly lap.  He is a bundle of energy and would fit right in with an active young family. He is attached to his sister, but would also do well on his own.  He has been good with our own adult cat and our two small older dogs.   KC comes to you with the initial vaccine series, FIV/FELV testing, a 1-month topical flea treatment, a microchip, a free rabies shot when he's old enough and his pre-adoption surgery already completed!  His highness would love to meet his new forever family...that's YOU!...as soon as possible.  &#226&#128&#139 Please make contact now with his Foster Mom Kathy by emailing chatatkat1@yahoo.com to make arrangements to meet KC!  He will be available to take home on Sunday, December 21st.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.December 17, 2025, 2:23 pm
