Story
Cleopatra and her four siblings entered the world on the sidewalk of an apartment complex, born to a very young, abandoned cat we named Lady Diana. They were all brought to us with their mom, when the kittens were just one day old. All her kittens are sweet, love to play and are healthy and happy. Cleopatra started out very anti-social, but has come a long way in her attitude! She is now very social and welcomes attention. Her dramatic eyes and regal air befitting of her name. Her siblings are Julia, Fergie and Athena. Cleopatra is also fond of all the kittens in the nursery. While Cleopatra is particularly attached to her sister, Athena, she does like her alone time and possibly could go home solo, despite it being our policy that kittens be adopted in pairs. Story
Athena is a beautiful dilute calico, who was a bit on the shy side. She she has come a long way in a short time and now welcomes affection and attention. Athena and her four siblings entered the world on the sidewalk of an apartment complex, born to a very young, abandoned cat. They were brought to us with their mom, when the kittens were just one day old. They grew up in our nursery with ten other kittens their age and Minx, one of the moms. Athena adores Minx and is very happy to play and cuddle with all of the other kittens. If there isn't already a friendly young cat in your home, Athena must be adopted with one of her siblings (Cleopatra, Fergie, Julia) or one of her friends.DOB: 3/26/24

Story
Lady Diana, a very young (DOB 10/3/2023), abandoned cat, gave birth to five kittens on the sidewalk of a local apartment complex. Fortunately, a kind person came to their rescue and brought her and her one-day old kittens to us. She was fiercely protective of her babies the entire time she nursed them and, once weaned, she was anxious to leave the nursery and resume her independent life watching the world go by through the window screens. Lady Diana deserves to enjoy a happy and safe indoor life with all the love there is to give. Lady Diana MUST be an only pet as she doesn't do well with other cats or with dogs. She has learned to just keep her distance from our other residents, but should one get a little too close, she will lash out. Lady Diana does crave human interaction and will reach out to her foster mom and other volunteers from the perch of her cat tree. She does forget to retract her claws, so children would not be a good fit. She isn't mean in any way - she just doesn't know any better. It's best to keep her claws trimmed. Declawing is NOT an option. DOB: 10/25/24

Story
This little girl is the sweetest thing. She loves to be loved. Very smart too! She's up to date on all shots, healthy 4 year old. She needs a home with no other cats as she likes to be the main girl of the house. I tried to introduce her to my other cat and it's just not going to work. I have all her vet papers, new food, bed, toys, and littler box plus carrier. She's all set, just needs a safe indoor only home with lots of love. She would be best with a stay at home parent as she doesn't like to be alone for extended periods of time. Located off 52 and Suncoast.

Story
Lola is five years old. I have had her for four years. I call her my little old lady. She’s very affectionate. She’s been around dogs, cats and kids her whole life. She’s not a big fan of dogs, but she tolerates them. She is a loner. She likes to love on people at night time and high during the daytime. She is a wonderful pet. I am trying to downsize.

Story
Alex; short for “Alexandrea the Cat”, is a wonderful cat! She is literally a teddy bear that gracefully crawls around your home, starring outside the windows, and tells you about her day. Since she is about 2 years old, she is a little more calm but still loves to play! She was previously fostered with two other cats without issue. She is very friendly and doesn’t run away when new people enter the room. She is very social and will tend to follow her human around the home, that is, unless she decides to do her own thing for a bit, but she is very affectionate and loves pets. I have fostered a few cats in my life - Alex is lovely.

Story
SUPER sweet cat that loves being rubbed on the top of her head and playing! Has an odd habit of keeping her tail curled and I’m not sure if it’s because of excitement or anxiety, but she does know how to lift and move it normally. Extremely vocal and will meow every thought in her head.. Really loves to play with teaser toys and needs physical activity and mental stimulation. Ivy longs for lots of attention and affection, which is shown by her constant meows. Although sweet and friendly with any human, she can also be scared easily and hide. She is up to date with her vaccines for this year and is well trained with the litter box! Honestly a great cat. No hissing or swatting, craves attention but will sometimes refuse cuddling because she wants to play. Sits by her teaser toy all day waiting to play. She is mostly afraid of going outside, but will explore the porch/balcony if you leave the door open. She needs someone to entertain and truly cater to her, which I can’t do anymore.

My sister recently passed away unexpectedly and I promised to find her cats a home. I am unable to take them in due to allergies. In the interest of full disclosure Firefly is not a friendly cat. I hate to say that, but I do not want to mislead anyone or misrepresent the situation.

Holly came to us with her litter of four, two-week old kittens. She had the kittens in her first heat and gave birth in a pile of leaves. Her kittens have all been adopted and our sweet Holly is still looking for a home to call her own. Holly loves to cuddle up to her foster mom to sleep. She would do very well as an only pet or would be fine with another gentle cat(s) with the proper introductions. Holly is a pretty, affectionate, easy going young lady who loves sitting on high perches in her favorite room looking out the window watching all the birds, squirrels and lizards. Personality traits Loving, Talkative, Friendly, Affectionate, Gentle, Playful, Smart, Loves kisses DOB: 6/10/20.

Story
Goldie's mom was a Silver Tabby Maine Coon, but a bit on the smaller side. That trait didn't reveal itself in Goldie, tho! She's a very large girl! Goldie is so gentle; when she wants attention, she ever-so-calmly paws her foster mom's nose. Goldie, her mom and siblings were rescued from the streets a few days after the kittens were born. Goldie can be a little shy, but she will come around if you approach her calmly and slowly so she knows she's safe. Once she trusts, she trusts with her whole heart. This girl is a total couch potato, especially if the couch is in the sun! She does like to sit NEXT to her foster mom, not ON her lap; She loves to curl up in the crook of mom's arm to go to sleep for the night. Goldie has the most unusual coat - there's a lot of gold fur mixed in with the various browns. Her coat is very plush and does require regular combing. Goldie doesn't like to be brushed or have her claws trimmed, but with the appropriate treats and sweet-talk, she can be persuaded. She's seen here with her kitty friend, Hart, and cat-loving doggie, TyTy. Sadly, Hart AND TyTy left for the Rainbow Bridge. Goldie hasn't warmed up to our new dog, despite his attempts at gentle persuasion. While she hasn't been partial to any of the other cats, although she gets along just fine with them. Recently, Goldie has fallen in love with a six-month old kitten named Bear. We'd love to see them adopted together. DOB: 4/18/18

Bear is a sweet, sweet boy - all he want is love and his sister, Francesca. They were bottle babies, which left them with some quirks - Bear like to nibble on his foster mom's chin, and Francesca like to pull her hair. They get along with all the other cats and one dog and are very outgoing to visitors. They make a fantastic team to bring love and laughter to your home. DOB: 5/23/23 Personality traits: Friendly, Affectionate, Playful, Smart, Curious, Independent
