Story
Josie is a 10 year old tortoiseshell cat. As we grow our family, we recognize that Josie needs a different environment. She would do well in a home without kids, preferably a single owner or couple without kids. Tortoiseshell cats are known for their attitudes but she is loyal to her owner.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Because of the difficulty getting appointments to get our rescue cats altered in a timely manner, we recently launched our pre-spay/neuter adoption program. The cat you are interested in may be part of this program and will have at least it’s first FVRCP vaccine, a microchip registered to us and will have been treated for internal and external parasites. Please fill out our screening form and after reviewing and confirming your information, our adoption counselor will reach out to you to explain the process.  Hello, we're Kasha and Cleo. We're gentle souls, a little shy but oh so sweet. We've always had each other's back, a bonded pair, you see. We're friendly and loyal, always ready for a warm lap, a gentle stroke and our favorite, being brushed. We miss our mom, who recently passed away because she had cancer. She was the best. Life's been different without her, but we're sticking together, just like we always do. We're looking for a new home, a place where we can continue our quiet companionship. We promise to fill your life with purrs, headbutts, and unconditional love. Adopt us, and let us bring a touch of sweetness to your life. The girls did  not do well with the other cats and dog in their first, home which made it difficult for them to adjust.   These two girls need to be adopted into a calm quiet home with no other pets or young children.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.      November 22, 2024, 8:48 am

Story
Hi, my name is Buttercup and I am THE "Princess Bride" from the movie! I have three brothers and we are looking for our forever home! We did have another sister but we were in such bad shape when we were finally rescued that she didn't make it. She actually died of flea anemia. We would have too if it had not been for a wonderful woman who rescued us and made sure we got the healthcare we needed! And I for one am so grateful! My brothers are all so soft hearted. I am the toughest one of the litter! Maybe I felt like I had to take care of them, so I'm still a little bit shy and apprehensive around humans. Maybe someday I'll be able to love unconditionally like they do, but right now you need to earn my trust. My brother Wesley is still available for adoption and he's shy too, but we would love to be adopted together. Please be aware our rescue's policy is that kittens be adopted in pairs when there aren't other furry pets in the home for the kitten to bond with. If interested, please fill out our application at bit.ly/7whskrs Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.October 21, 2024, 12:16 am

Story
Still just a kitten herself, Willow was a stray and was rescued one week before giving birth to six kittens! From the start, Willow has been an amazing mama. She’s protective and caring, and now that her babies are growing and she doesn’t have to do as much, she’s playing and learning with them. Willow loves to be given affection! She will follow you around when she wants it, and is quite vocal about it. She loves being pet, and her purr is strong! Willow would do best being adopted with one of her kittens. (Special adoption fee for mama+baby adoptions!!) Please be aware our rescue's policy is that kittens be adopted in pairs when there aren't other furry pets in the home for the kitten to bond with. Story
Opal was a stray that came from a liter of strays from my mother’s house. She lived in an environment where she could be ran over at any moment. We took her in. (Sadly the family were all ran over after we got her) We got her all her shots and spayed and fixed. She’s an extremely loving cat towards people and other cats. She is very mellow and a bit of a free spirit for even a cat. She doesn’t ever bite and if she does it’s only to nibble your hand when you are petting her back. She only loves head and neck pets and scratches. She responds to her name. The only thing I’d say is her experience with dogs has been traumatizing and I don’t know if she’d get along with a full grown dog. Maybe a puppy. Opal is litter trained and does go outside sometimes but does tend to stay indoors. She has not have much experience with kids and if I’m being honestly she wouldn’t like them judging how she is. But she would never be aggressive or claws out. She has never clawed me before.

Story
Izzy was found in front of our trailer when we moved out. She was severely sick and slightly injured when we first found her. We got her healed up and fixed and spayed. In total probably close to $200 to get her healthy. She has stayed healthy and happy since. Slowly became accustomed to living to our child free home with our other cats. She absolutely loves over cats but not so much humans. She doesn’t hate them she’s just really shy around them but she will have her moments where she begs for pets uncontrollably. (It’s so cute) Izzy doesn’t cause conflict with anything and sadly has had very traumatic experiences with dogs. I don’t think she would be happy with another dog unless it’s a puppy. Izzy is used to being outside and is litter trained. We can’t keep her because our future housing won’t accept four cats. Preferably We’d love you to take Opal as well because they are like adopted sisters. They get along real well with each other.
