Story
My name is Lady Sushi and I am a beautiful Calico girl who is about 7 months old and I'm looking for a wonderful home. Being a little older as a kitten means that I have gotten all the crazy kitten antics out of my system.  I am ready to become the elegant Calico lady that God created me to become.  I have a sister Dot who is beautiful too, just in case you might be looking for a pair of really pretty girls to adopt.  We don’t need to go together, but it would be nice.If you are looking for a beautiful cat or two please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com Our vetting is extensive: Spay, rabies, FIV vaccine, FIV tested and negative, fecal and dewormings and a Drontal  and microchipped. PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.December 30, 2024, 2:10 pm

Story
Our amazingly unique Dilute Calico Kittens are the cat’s MEOW for sure. Born with ¾ tails and the most subtle colors that mingle together all the Kitten colors of the rainbow.  All are girls and their funny personalities all Shine and are filled with good snuggles and antics that make you laugh. Olive, Charm, Trinket and Sweet Pea are waiting to help you open your Holiday presents under the tree.  Oh boy a tree!  A tree just for ME, they all purred!!!!!  It would be hard to choose which one would be your best friend forever, but just try talking with their foster moms Carol and Amanda and you will probably want to take them ALL home.  If you are ready to adopt one or even two as a pair of loveable entertainers, please email Critter Cavalry Rescue:  ccrtennessee@gmail.com  December 12, 2024, 10:09 pm

Story
We rescued our kitty when she was 4 weeks old. 4 years later, we have 2 kids and have become a little overwhelmed with the responsibility of pets on top of our duties for the kids. She is sweet, engaging, and curious. She is great with our toddler and loves pets on her head and neck. We would love to find her a new loving home where she can get the love and attention she deserves.

Story
Meet Chloe! Chloe, born in May 2024, has the softest fur and shows you her love with the heart-shaped spot on her side. Chloe enjoys pets, scritches, and even belly rubs and will reward you with a head nuzzle. When she's not snuggling, Chloe has a lot of energy and loves to play. She has an appreciation for cat toys of all kinds but she particularly loves springs and balls. She'll never say no to wand toys and interactive play with her human. Chloe also has a love for water! She enjoys splashing in her drinking fountain and joining foster mom when she's running the water in the bathroom faucet. When it's time to settle down, she loves to gaze out a window, or if she's feeling cuddly she'll cozy up in your lap or a comfortable spot near you so she can be close to you. Be prepared for conversation- she is very chatty, loves to meow and chirp, and purrs very easily when you're snuggling. Chloe is shy at first, but when she opens up she will be a lovable, cuddly companion! Chloe would love to live in a home with another cat companion- we're unsure about her feelings toward dogs but she is very easy going so she'd likely be okay with a dog friend as long as they are introduced properly. Chloe would also do well in a home without any other animal companions, as long as her humans give her plenty of play time and interaction. Chloe is currently on special food for a digestive issue and may need to continue this diet when she is adopted. This issue doesn't affect Chloe's behavior or her great litter box habits. She will even let you trim her nails (when it's not play time!). Chloe has lots of love to give and would make a wonderful addition to a loving home! To adopt you must first complete an adoption application and meet the cat either virtually or in person in its foster home. We do not do same day adoptions so, generally, we can only adopt within the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

Story
Sunny 6475 is a gorgeous 11-years-young gal. Sunny is a very affectionate cat who hasn't gotten enough attention lately. She appears very shy at first but becomes very fond of people once she gets used to them. She likes head scratches and chin rubs, being brushed regularly, baby soft blankets, and having a throne where she will watch Wheel of Fortune/Jeopardy/any news broadcasts at night with you until she falls asleep (another favorite activity). Sunny dislikes loud noises aimed at her and being moved without her permission; she is a queen after all! Time would need to be dedicated before she lets anyone pick her up and she is not used to other cats so having her own space is important. Sunny would love to end up with someone who can give her the time and attention that she has been missing. She has been in the same home since she was a kitten. She grew up with two boys who were around 9 years old at the time of her adoption. Due to circumstances, not of her own doing, she needs to find a new accommodation. She just got a clean bill of health from the vet. Like all Last Chance kitties, she is strictly indoors and has been indoors her entire life. She is a typical calico gal; she loves on her terms! Her ideal home, now that she is more mature, is quiet and low traffic. She is seeking an adopter looking to share space with a beautiful gal. Sunny weighs 12 pounds. She is currently being fostered in northern Virginia. Meet and greets may be set up with approved applicants. Submit your application https://www.lastchanceanimalrescue.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/CAT-Adoption-Request-Form-1.pdf to dogs@lastchanceanimalrescue.org with the subject line Sunny the cat.

Story
**Affectionate Older Cat Needs a Loving Home - Free to a Good Home** Meet Flea! This sweet, cuddly cat is looking for a new family to shower with love. While he may be a bit shy at first, once he gets to know you, he’ll be your loyal companion, always ready for snuggles. Flea is on the chubby side and prefers lounging over running, making him a perfect lap cat. He’s fully litterbox trained and easy to care for. Flea will need his shots updated in October, but overall, he’s a healthy and content kitty. Unfortunately, we can no longer care for him due to the arrival of our new baby. We’re hoping to find him a forever home where he’ll be loved and cared for as he deserves. If you’re looking for a calm, affectionate cat, Flea might be the perfect addition to your family. Please reach out to meet him and see if he’s the right fit for you. Will also pay for his vaccine renewals in October. WILLING TO COME TO YOU
