Story
One of our sweetest mama's to grace our presence, this beautiful lady Topsey Turvy - loves to be with her people. She loves to flip right over for belly rubs and cuddles - all Topsey Turvy of course. She is absolutely a lover girl - sharing her love with all - she adores people of all sizes and would be perfect for home with kids. She is laid back and happy to cuddle with anyone who wants to show her some love! She will be the first to greet you at the door and is always coming to say hi - a little social butterfly!  She would also be lovely with other cats, and likely respectful doggies as nothing seems to bother this little lady! She is relatively young - she was one of the mamas of 9 kittens that came to us from a household that was trying to take kitties off the street when they were young but unfortunately hadn’t fixed any so there kept being more and more.  Who is ready to have this beautiful Topsey Turvy belly rub loving, cuddly, lover of all, sweet and absolutely stunning lady join their family? Endless cuddles and snuggles and lots of nose boops will be shared every day - bringing joy to all her people and furry friends. You can see more pictures and videos of our fosters on our facebook page:  Sophia L'Orange Kitten Rescue Topsey Turvy is getting spayed on 09May2025 and will be ready to go home mid-May, but can be promised in advance. All of our adoptable animals are cared for and assessed in foster homes (we do not have a shelter), up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed or neutered and tested for FeLV/FIV, before they are adopted. They have had de-worming medication as a standard of care and Flea/Tick/Ear Mite preventive treatment. Medical records will be released with the adopted pet. ##2318287##

Story
Sassy is a beautiful calico cat who is around 1.5-2 years old. This sweet girl hasn’t had the easiest life. Prior to our rescue taking her in, she was with another rescue who adopts out of Petco and Petsmart, where she was sent. Being in a glass box was not for Sassy. Being poked, prodded and stared at every day for hours upon hours turned her from a very loving cat to a very scared and withdrawn one. This is when the rescue decided to surrender her to us where we could safely put her in a foster home. She has been in the foster home for about 5 weeks and has come out of her shell and learned she’s safe once again. No more glass boxes for her. The foster says this about her: Friendly Vocal – Loves to talk to you Loves to explore and roam around Loves cat trees Learning to love what toys are again Gets along with other cats, but prefers her own space Would do fine with older children, ideally no young ones for Sassy Dogs would be fine with slow introductions (refer to picture with dog in the background) Wonderful lap cat Very Entertaining Inside Only Sassy is a more calm cat that loves to lay around and just hang out. She likes to do what she wants, when she wants, which is typical for a calico. Sassy is spayed, FIV/ FLV Tested negative, current on vaccinations, microchipped, will be seen by a vet and given a clean bill of health prior to adoption. Story
Meet Elemenopie! Are you ready to meet a truly unique kitty? Elemenopie is a two year old female Tortie with a personality as big as her frame (and she’s one LARGE cat—just naturally huge, not overweight!). She’s the queen of relaxation and spends her days lounging around and gazing out the window, keeping an eye on the world outside. This sweet girl is a people-lover at heart. She’s content with the simple things in life: a cozy spot by the window, a steady supply of food, and the love of her favorite human. While she may need a little warm-up time to adjust to other cats, once she’s settled, she’s happy to coexist and generally just ignores them.Elemenopie is the perfect companion for someone looking for a laid-back, affectionate feline friend. If you’re ready to open your heart and home to this special girl, she’s ready to bring her gentle, loving presence into your life.Paperwork? She’s got it all covered—she’s ready to go!IMPORTANT: Please read all below, especially if you live outside of Texas, which is where our rescue is located.Apply to adopt on our website: https://www.charmingpetrescue.org/adoptAll of our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots.ALL of our animals are located in Boerne, TX, but transport after adoption is available to other states for a $300 fee for dogs or an additional fee varying by location for cats. If you are seeing our pets posted in your state, that's because you live near a transport stop, they are not currently at that location. Petfinder lists our pets as 'Out of Town' pets at other locations, and Adopt-a-Pet lists our location as a Transport stop. Those are currently the only options they offer to make this clear, so we put this description we've put at the bottom to explain it. You can read more about transport here: www.charmingpetrescue.org/transportWe understand transport is not an option for everyone, but we offer it at the cost we pay the transport company for those who wish to adopt from us.May 5, 2025, 11:29 am
