Story
NOTE: OKR kittens come to us from backyards, barns, bushes, garages, shelters, and the streets. We help them heal physically and emotionally, so they are ready for their furever homes. Most of our kittens are under a year old, with a few adults available. We expose many OKR kittens to dogs, other cats, toddlers, and the dreaded vacuum! After three vaccines, our kittens are welcome into the kitten clubhouse, where they meet all their new friends.  Some of our kittens are spayed/neutered before adoption. If the kitten you choose is not yet spayed/neutered, we will notify you of the next available surgery date and the cost is covered as part of the adoption fee.  We want our adopters to have every opportunity to bond with their new fur baby. We have the FOSTER TO ADOPT PROGRAM that allows you to adopt a kitten before it has been spayed/neutered and has at least 2 FVRCP vaccines. To adopt a kitten, the adoption fee must be paid in full and the kitten must be brought to their pre-scheduled spay/neuter appointment. Our goal is to send you home with a healthy, happy, well-cared-for kitten, so we offer more services to accomplish that goal. Each kitten will receive up to 3 FVRCP vaccines, deworming, parasite and flea treatments, a nail trim, and microchipped.  Adoption Fee: $250 with a few exceptions of breed and color from $325 as listed. If you want to place a HOLD on any kitten, the NON-REFUNDABLE hold fee is 50% of the adoption fee. We will then remove the listing and hold the kitten for you. Please send a text message to the numbers below to set up a meet and greet. Showings are by appointment only and hosted (almost) every Saturday and Sunday. Our rescue is in Northern CA (Manteca) and we do not transport out of state. If you would like to set up a meet and greet with a kitten or have questions, please text  510-299-2031 for Jessica. ##2097002##

Story
Aiko is a beautiful 8-10 month old dilute calico. This sweet girl is ready to start her new life indoors where she will never go hungry again. She was originally a stray that was befriended after having a litter of kittens. Even though the shelter can be overwhelming, she has remained her calm self and doesn't mind her other cat roommates. She is an absolute doll that enjoys a cozy bed, good treats, and gentle pets. She has already been spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, so she can go home today. Any cat person would love her! $125.00 adoption fee. Please visit our website www.petsnpals.org to learn more about this amazing pet and to see other available dogs and cats.

Story
HI everyone, we would like to introduce you to Dolly. Born on April 11th 2024 to Momma Janet, Dolly is one of 5 kittens from the litter. Dolly is already fixed, up to date on all shots and eating Purina One Kibble with the occasional can of Purina One Soft Food mixed in. Dolly is extremely affectionate and loves attention, but is also not afraid to play alone with one of her favorite toys. We often find her on the windowsill watching birds outside but have also found her putting one of her litter mates in a headlock, sooooo, yeah she is playful too! All the kittens from Dollys Litter are extremely socialized, are comfortable in arms and with affection, and in fact will seek you out for rubs and cuddles. Once they adjust I am sure they will be a welcomed and loving addition to any household. If youre looking to take home Dolly AND one of her litter mates, please checkout Jagger, Aretha, Franklin, and June. Adoption fee is $150, which includes spay/neuter, current on vaccines, microchip, dewormed and free vet visit to be used within 5 days of adoption. Our adoption center is open Saturdays from 11 to 4 and Sundays from 12 to 4. We are located inside the West Valley Mall in Tracy, 3200 Naglee Road in suite 452. We are a foster-based rescue so not ALL available cats and kittens will attend every weekend. Please email CatAdoptions@AnimalRescueTracy.org or leave a message at 209-642-4324 for more info.

Story
Butterfly is a high energy girl who will keep you laughing with her antics. She LOVES ball towers, chasing balls all over the house, and of course wand toys. She can parkour up a wall, launch from bed to dresser, and boy you only THINK that wand toy is out of reach - hiiiiiiii-YA! She's got it! Hour of entertainment just watching her entertain herself, twice the fun if you play along. Butterfly gets along with other cats IF they are not irritated by her kittenish antics - a much better fit for younger "teens" like herself (or energetic young adults) than as a companion to a senior cat. Butterfly's date of birth is 7/1/2023. Adoption fee is $150, which includes spay/neuter, current on vaccines, microchip, dewormed and free vet visit to be used within 5 days of adoption. Story
NALA Nala IS LOVELY!! She is friendly, affectionate and gentle cat who is people oriented and loves to snuggle in her bed or a nice sunny spot by the window. She is quiet, independent, a perfect lounge kitty who adores a gentle pat, a warm, cozy bed and endless food bowl! Nala is looking for a home that will appreciate her sweetness and shower her with love & food! She is an intelligent cat, aware of her surroundings, and keeps herself entertained when alone. She gets a little spunky at times and likes to bat around a few toys. She does not like to be picked up but LOVES being pet & given chin & head scratches. Nala is looking for a quiet home and would prefer to be the only cat in the household as she gets annoyed by playful kittens but seems to be okay with older cats that mind their own business. Nala was found wandering the streets during a heavy rain storm. She was skin & bones and her fur was completely matted. Her collar was hanging very loosely from her neck. NALA IS FULLY VETTED & IN GREAT HEALTH!!! She is NEGATIVE for FeLV, FIV (Aids, Leukemia) & heartworms. The vet estimated Nala to be about 8-10 years old. Nala had a hernia that was repaired during her spay surgery. This poor girl had never been fixed and has most likely had over 10+ litters of kittens. Very upsetting to think no one cared enough for this sweetheart to get her fixed. Nala has been a very happy, well cared for kitty since coming to rescue. Will you be the one to continue giving her love? Interested in making Nala a part of your family? Then....... Please send an email to TLCKittyRescue1@gmail.com

Story
Meet Mario, a young feline resident of our rescue. His temperament is as mellow as a summer afternoon, always ready to curl up and purr the day away. His gentle nature is soothing, providing a calm presence in any room he enters. Mario's friendly demeanor makes him a delightful companion. He's the type of cat who will greet you at the door after a long day, his sweet purrs a comforting welcome home. His loyalty is unwavering, always by your side, sharing your joys and comforting you in times of stress. Mario's sweet, loyal, and gentle nature makes him the perfect addition to any home. Adopt Mario, and experience the joy of a companion who will always be there for you, with a purr and a gentle nudge of his head. At Orphan Kitten Rescue, we prioritize the well-being and socialization of our kittens, exposing them to various environments, including households with dogs, other cats, toddlers, and even the ubiquitous vacuum. Once our kittens have received a minimum of two vaccines, they are introduced to the kitty playroom, fostering interactions with their fellow feline companions. Our commitment to providing you with a healthy, content, and well-adjusted kitten translates into a higher adoption fee, allowing us to offer comprehensive benefits and minimize the need for immediate veterinary attention. Currently, our adoption fee is available at a reduced rate of $150 for some of our cats, with the exception of orange cats ($275) and white & Maine Coon cats ($300). Each kitten comes fully equipped with all three FVRCP vaccines, thorough deworming, parasite, flea, and tick treatment, microchipping with a lifetime registration, and more. While most of our kittens are spayed/neutered before adoption, those too small undergo our "foster to adopt" program, enabling adopters to build a strong bond with their new fur baby. To participate in the foster-to-adopt program, adopters pay the total adoption fee, with the spaying/neutering appointment scheduled by our staff once the kitten reaches the appropriate weight. For those looking to secure a specific kitten, a non-refundable hold fee of $125 can be placed. This fee ensures the removal of the listing and reserves the kitten for 14 days, unless otherwise agreed upon. To initiate the adoption process or arrange a meet and greet, please fill out the interest card on the posting or complete the attached adoption application. Our rescue is located in Northern California, precisely in Manteca, and we regret to inform you that we do not transport kittens out of state. Should you have any inquiries, feel free to reach us at info@orphankittenrescue.org or by text at 510-299-2031 to schedule a visit. Your understanding and support are greatly appreciated. ##1882673##

Elvira is an adorable, black kitten who is a little love bug. She is one of 3 kittens found with her mom Mama Morticia. She is a bit shy and will need a little patience to come out of her shell. She likes pets and purrs once she gets to know you. Her gentle spirit and friendly nature make her the purfect addition to any family, ready to bring happiness and love to her furever home. Hi! I'm Birdie. I'm an outgoing and playful tuxedo, looking for my own home. A nice lady found me, raised me and my siblings until we were 7 weeks and then called OKR for help. I'm a curious little girl who would do well with kids, dogs and other cats. I'm not scared and am ready to play. I love wet food and dry food. I also love toys! I am already spayed and have 2 vaccines. All you have to do is make sure I get my 3rd vaccine and I will be good to go! Wanna adopt me???
