Story
Meet Monkey, a truly special kitty with a heart full of love to give! Monkey was deeply cherished by her late owner, who asked that she never go to a shelter. We’re now searching for the perfect forever home to honor that wish and give her the peace and happiness she deserves. Monkey is in great health, with no known medical issues, though she’s a bit sensitive around the base of her tail. She thrives in a calm, quiet environment and would do best as the only pet in the home. In a multi-cat household, stress has caused her to spray in the past, but she has been stress-free and spray-free in a space where she feels safe and secure. Monkey is an introvert at heart, but once she feels comfortable, her sweet and playful personality shines through. She loves being near her human, offering quiet companionship on her own terms. When she trusts you, she’ll walk alongside you with curiosity and affection, looking into your eyes as if to say, “Can I trust you?” She is gentle, thoughtful, and w

Adoption Fees $200 for kittens up to one year $160 for cats over one year All cats have been: -  Spayed/neutered -  FVRCP vaccinated -  FeLV tested (FeLV/FIV for adults) -  Dewormed -  Flea treated -  Microchipped Boo and Ace Meet Boo and Ace—a sister and brother who are in desperate need of their final loving home.    These two sweethearts were rescued from a bush when they were 10 days old, and they have been loved and handled every day since.    Their foster mom fell in love with them and intended to keep them forever, but the resident cat in the house was violently opposed to that idea, and it has become dangerous for them to all be in the house together.    They are now 6 months old, and it is clear that there is no alternative other than to rehome them.                 These siblings are strongly bonded and must be adopted together.    Boo and Ace must be indoor cats, because they have not been outside since they were rescued and have no outdoor survival skills.      With most rescue kittens, you don’t know what their personality will be, but not with these two!    Boo and Ace are loving, friendly, sweet, and enjoy nothing more than sitting on a lap.    They would make perfect companions for an older person or best friends for a younger person.                 Everything needed to welcome them into your home will be provided by their foster mom—a cat tower, beds, bowls, toys, food and litter.    They are spayed/neutered and fully vaccinated. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.Adoptions are at the Petco in Fairfield, 1370 Holiday Lane, on Saturdays from 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. and adoptions twice a month at the Petco in Novato. Her Story: Cornelia started her life at a heavy equipment plant, along with other kittens who were also born there. Her standout physical feature is the star on her forehead. If there was a yearbook for cats, Cornelia would be voted least photogenic. The camera just doesn't capture her cuteness. Her standout personality trait: Corny can be possessive when it comes to playing with toys! That peacock feather is hers and hers alone! She hits home runs every time she bats at the bead toy! There's no better batter than her! Energy level: During playtime, HIGH! Want to meet Cornelia? Send us an email and we will respond with some questions to better get to know you before deciding on a good time for a meet and greet. We deliver all of our adoptable pets to their new home. We serve most of the 530 and 916 area codes. We do not charge an adoption fee and ask only for a donation to help offset some of our costs. All of our adoptable pets are fully vetted and ready and waiting for their new loving homes! We look forward to hearing from YOU!

Story
Hi! I’m Paige, a VERY cute black mackerel tabby girl with a thick velvet coat and mom says I am a big girl. I’m here looking for my very own family! My hobbies include: hogging ALL the pets! having long conversations with the backyard birdies eating lots of yummies playing with my foster mates! I’m a sweet playful tomboy (what can I say, I was the only girl in my litter!) kind of girl but can be a bit bashful with new people. You see, I’m coming from a place where my littermates and I were abandoned, and where it was hard to trust, so I take some time to come around. But don’t worry, because my energetic, playful side will reveal itself in no time if you are patient! And did I mention my good looks? I’m looking for a somewhat calm home, with people who have patience to allow me the time I need to blossom into my awesome self! Mom says I would do best with a kitty friend or two who enjoy playing with someone who loves a good match and while I may be slow with getting to know you, I promise, once I know you, I will be your bestest friend ever! My foster mom says I am spayed, vaccinated, FELV tested, dewormed, microchipped, eat wet and dry food, and am litterbox perfect. They say that’s good! I currently live with my foster family in Sacramento. Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to matching exceptional cats (like me) with qualified adopters who will cherish me and create an ideal forever home. If you believe you’re my perfect adopter, please explain why in the comments section of my Adoption Application, and contact Dayna at meandmyfosters@outlook.com. If you are unable to reach Dayna, please email info@purebredsplus.org. NOTE: We prefer families with children to bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interests!

Story
Omelet and Oatmeal MUST be adopted together. There are NO exceptions. These kittens are Katya's kids known as "The Breakfast Kittens". Katya is the amazing Russian Maine Coon mom you can see posted here. Answering the call of Mother Nature she escaped out and got pregnant. Her human mom said No No No and No! and left the whole young family at the local shelter. They were offered to me and I couldn't say YES! fast enough. I was lucky enough to foster eight Russian Maine Coons some years back and knew immediately what I was seeing. I am definitely a fan of outrageous ear tufts. Katya's five kittens are wonderful. They have her intelligence and her Maine Coon playful personality. They are very beautiful kittens though none have their mom's lush long coat. They are active, loving, curious mischievous kittens, four girls, and one boy. We have divided them into pairs to go home: Silver Dollar Pancake will go home with Granola, Omelet with Oatmeal, and Dimitri Pumpernickel, the boy, will go home separately. Omelet and Oatmeal are very compatible sisters, confident, active, and affectionate. Smart, curious athletes, they are both very comfortable in a human's arms. Omelet who has the red ( yolk ) on her head turns herself upside down in order to put her head in your hand. All the time. She loves that. She is maybe even a little more adventurous and extroverted than her sister. You will hear the patter of their little feet thundering down your hallways. These two are born to play. Oatmeal has dramatic black stripes and leg banding. She also has the biggest ear tufts of the litter and those tufts have been growing recently. The Maine Coon genes from their mom will keep these kids growing and changing til they are well over three years. They are a work in progress. Oatmeal matches her sister's energy and is so friendly she will probably run to greet guests visiting your home. They both love attention. This litter has grown up being around other cats. Silver Dollar is the only alpha cat of the litter. The male, Dimitri ( Pumpernickel) is the biggest, with an endless tail, the most laid back and gentle. They are all smart, social, curious, beautiful little companions. These kitties are good family cats. They would be fine with most respectful children and would probably have a ball playing with friendly dogs. Their photos may show them at slightly different ages. Their colors and coat patterns are still developing. Some family will be so lucky to have their loving company. Omelet is spayed, vaccinated, FELV tested, dewormed, microchipped, eats wet and dry food, and is litterbox perfect. She is fostered by Harriet in Santa Cruz. Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to matching exceptional cats with qualified adopters who will cherish their pet and create an ideal forever home. If you believe you are the perfect adopter for Omelet (and Oatmeal) please tell us why in the comments section of our Adoption Application, and contact Harriet at harrietluvskitties@yahoo.com If you are unable to reach Harriet please email us at info@purebredsplus.org. NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other.
