Story
Margaret is a beautiful 1 yo pastel calico kitten. She was found abandoned in a field in the midwest alone, ill, & terrified. Under gentle care, she made a full recovery & became an unintended member of the family. Margaret is slow warm, but very affectionate on her own terms. She will require a patient adult to build trust. Margaret would not do well in a home with rambunctious or young children as she can be skittish with loud noises & quick movements. Margaret will enter flight or fright mode if threatened. Margaret currently has a feline brother (11) & sister (6). She has bonded with her brother & made peace with the pushy sister. Margaret is playful & curious. She enjoys playing with crinkle balls & spring style cat toys. Margaret enjoys outdoor time on the enclosed patio, but is not interested in going beyond the fence. Margaret is front declawed and spayed.

Story
Malibu is a very sweet kitty on her own time. There are times when she enjoys touch from her human(s). However, she mainly likes to be left alone to go about her day in her own manner. She does not enjoy being touched on the stomach even if she is playfully laying belly up. She is also extremely soft. She absolutely adores cat trees and lounging around. I’ve tried to get her to play numerous times but she does not necessarily enjoy that, at least with me and the other cats that I have. I believe she is more secluded in my home as compared to her previous home because she is no longer a lone wolf. Throughout the time I’ve had her she always seems to be on edge and is nowhere near fond of the other pets in my home. Therefore, I believe she would prefer to be a lone cat with someone who is not necessarily looking for a lap cat. If you are looking for a furry companion who likes to be pet occasionally but more or less wants to just live side by side with you, she would be an amazing pet.

Story
Princess Ladybug(P.L.) is 8 months, and comes from a multi-cats family of which my coworker introduced her to our family. The reasoning for rehoming this sweetheart is my concern for my 11 years of age cat, Cleary, who has manifest some derogatory issues for the short time that P.L. has been with us...I'm sad to part but now I know that this is an unhealthy setup for the two kitties.

Story
Roxy is an indoor/outdoor cat. She comes and goes but never ventures far. She is low maintenance. She is sweet and house trained. We have to say goodbye to Roxy because our toddlers are too rough and excited with her, and this is causing her to have anxiousness and fight back by scratching.

Story
Cami is ready for her forever home. She’s a beautiful calico girl, born approximately 11/5/2021. Cami’s spine is damaged but she gets around just fine. She does need her bladder and bowels expressed. She’s on a good routine now and spends the day in a diaper and sleeps without a diaper in a kennel at night. She’s a little shy with new people and she loves other gentle kitties. She is spayed, current on vaccines, tested Negative for FIV/FeLV and microchipped. We can teach you how to care for her! She’s adorable!! November 5, 2024, 10:32 am

Story
Approximate Date of Birth:8/29/2021 Description:   My story begins with my siblings, and I being taken care of by a kind older lady, who helped us figure out a way off the streets. I'm by far the most observant and intelligent of my siblings and will try to find the highest perches in the house to be able to gaze down at my new domain. I am very thoughtful when presented with something or someone new and will be prone to assessing from a distance before I make the decision to interact on my own terms. Once you get the chance to know me, though, you will see that I am very gentle and empathetic and am always willing to brush against your legs and back to offer quiet reassurance. I love going inside boxes and running around; my favorite toys are the ones like wand toys or ribbons that you can participate in with me, but I also love ball tracks and puzzles when left to my own devices. Come by and say hi to me today! Words to Describe Me: vigilant, quiet, agile Favorite Place to Sleep: inside a box that has a blanket or a covered cat bed Favorite Toy: chasing after a wand toy/ribbon or batting at a toy through holes in a box Kitty's Likes: toys and cat trees, staring at fans (ceiling or on the floor), chin scratches Kitty's Dislikes: being held for too long Fastest Way to Get Me to Purr: play time, petting when she's in the mood Good with Cats: Likes cats given a proper introduction.  Good with Dogs: Unknown. Good with Children: Can live in a house with children over the age of 12. Companion Animal:   Not necessary.                          Health information: All cats and kittens will be spayed or neutered, FeLV / FIV tested (as indicated by age), receive vaccinations appropriate for age, preventative deworming, and microchipping prior to adoption as appropriate by age. Story
Approximate Date of Birth:10/1/2020 Description:  I'm the fabulous Taffy Truffles here to be your lifelong companion. I am a very mellow cat, but I can’t resist checking out what my favorite human is up to. No matter what I’m doing, I can’t resist the urge to come when I hear a box of toys shaking. Catch is my favorite game to play; throw a feathered toy far above my head and witness my acrobatic prowess. My favorite pastime is sitting by the window for a nice long view of nature. I also love to watch TV with birds or squirrels in nature. I need a long petting session with complementary playtime before settling for the night, otherwise I will cry for your attention. Brushing my body will easily earn you my affection and maybe earn you a belly rub. I must emphasize that I dislike being handled and I can sense your antics from a mile away. It may take a while to earn my trust as I am very anxious around new people and animals. With all things considered, I will be your best-est companion! Words to Describe Me: Skittish, Curious, Chatty, Relaxed Favorite Place to Sleep: A spot near the window Favorite Toy: Feathered wand Perfect Day: A day full of playtime followed by petting and sleeping Kitty's Likes: Playtime Kitty's Dislikes: Be handled or picked up Fastest Way to Get Me to Purr: Brushing my body Favorite Treat: Does not like treats Job Title in Foster: Watchcat When I Grow Up, I Want to Be: Olympic gymnast Good with Cats:Ambivalent towards cats.   Good with Dogs:  Unknown. Story
Bitzy is full of fire. She's a little tomboy, always up for a game, flying through the air with reckless abandon!! She's never met a toy she didn't like and is inquisitive in everything that goes on around her. 10 month old Bitzy LOVES to play. She also loves her stuffed animals (will go to her new home with her stuffed Gumby that she's bonded with). Also loves fluffy little beds & video games. This girl is a little spitfire. She loves hanging out with her person & keeping you company, just doesn't appreciate being actually on you. No little kids for Bitzy & she's never been around dogs so I'd say no to them. Other cats are fine. She's been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped & tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Ready for her new home!
