Story
Azazelle is a 10 year old cat. She is a quiet little kitty who likes a chill quiet environment. She loves attention once she has taken to you, she will be your best friend. She will come up for loving in the morning (5am-615am when I get up for work) and late at night. She will sleep with you at night. She will move from your knees to your head and finally end up right about your hip and sleep there. If you get up in the night just lift the blanket a few times and she will move. She is a sweet cat, but a little skittish. She would do best in a quiet, calm, relaxed home. She is ok with small dogs, but never been around big dogs.

Story
Approximate Date of Birth:7/1/2024 Description:   Coral is an adorable, spirited little calico with a heart full of love. She may be a little shy at first, but once she feels comfortable, her playful and affectionate nature shines through. Coral enjoys spending time with her siblings, racing around and chasing them in delightful kitty playtime adventures. Toys of all kinds are her favorite—especially if they involve a bit of a chase! This precious girl is also a big fan of Churo treats, which are her ultimate indulgence. They’re a great way to win her over as she warms up to her new family! Coral has tested positive for Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV), but that doesn’t stop her from being a joyful, playful kitten. Coral can have many wonderful years ahead of her, and with the right care, she’ll continue to thrive. Coral would do best in a home with other FeLV-positive cats, or as your one and only furry friend.  Adopting an FeLV-positive kitten like Coral means you’re giving a loving, deserving kitty a chance at happiness. With time, patience, and lots of love, Coral will be a sweet, playful companion who brings joy to your home every day. Words to Describe Me: Playful, affectionate, shy at first Favorite Place to Sleep: Kitty tower and a fluffy kitty bed Favorite Toy: Fuzzy ball jungle ball Kitty's Likes: Treats and playing fuzzy ball Kitty's Dislikes: Belly rubs Fastest Way to Get Me to Purr: Churo treats Good with Cats:  Likes cats given a proper introduction. Good with Dogs:    Likes dogs given a proper introduction.  Good with Children: Can live with children over the age of 5. Companion Animal: Requires a companion if left alone for long periods of time. Health information: All cats and kittens will be spayed or neutered, FeLV / FIV tested (as indicated by age), receive vaccinations appropriate for age, preventative deworming, and microchipping prior to adoption as appropriate by age. Coral tested positive for        FeLV                therefore she would need to be in a home with other FeLV kitties (or adopt one of the other FeLV kitties in the rescue) or she can be your one and only girl.  Saving One Life will provide veterinary care throughout this feline's life. Adoption Process:   Our adoptable animals are located at one of our adoption centers or in foster homes. We require interested parties to apply prior to meeting to ensure a good match. Applications can be submitted on our website at  www.savingonelife.org/adopt/apply. Story
Approximate Date of Birth: 3/26/2015 Description:   Lillian Rose is a kind old lady who is looking for a loving retirement home to call her own. She's been through a lot in her 10+ years, and deserves nothing but love and peace from here on out! She has a hearty appetite, loves to sleep, and look out the window for bugs and birds! She's not a fan of loud chaos or other cats. And no doggies, please. She's looking for her one person or persons to call her own. She has so much love to give in return! Words to Describe Me: Kind, timid, sweet, low-energy, sleepy, hungry, loving Favorite Place to Sleep: In front of a window, preferably up high on a cat tree or a piece of furniture. Favorite Toy: Lily doesn't really play with toys at all. Perfect Day: A perfect day for Lily would be waking up, eating a hearty breakfast, cleaning herself in front of an open window, checking out what's outside for a minute, then laying down and napping in front of the window all day. Waking up just in time for dinner and some love before her human goes to bed! Kitty's Likes: Lily loves head/ear scratches, light scratching along her back, food, being talked to sweetly, looking out windows, napping by windows, being up high, peace and quiet Kitty's Dislikes: She does not like being held like a baby, being approached from behind, being touched roughly on her hind quarters, belly touched, dogs, other cats Fastest Way to Get Me to Purr: After offering me food (and I've eaten), talk to me sweetly, and scratch me on my head. Favorite Treat: As of right now, her favorite thing is the Iams pate tuna flavor. Good with Cats: Does not care for cats. Good with Dogs: Unknown.  Good with Children: Can live with children over the age of 12.  Companion Animal: Not necessary.  Health information: All cats and kittens will be spayed or neutered, FeLV / FIV tested (as indicated by age), receive vaccinations appropriate for age, preventative deworming, and microchipping prior to adoption as appropriate by age. Story
We got Tigerlily as a kitten 8 years ago from Petsmart rescue. She was great for a few years. But was harassed by one of our other dogs. Not harmed, but she didn't appreciate his attention. She eventually stayed in her owner's bedroom. Rarely ventures out. Very affectionate with her owner, but not so much with anyone else. We are moving cross country in May and don't think she will tolerate the move.
