Story
Cinnamon was rescued with her kittens who have been adopted. She is shy and quiet, likes to sit on back of the couch if she’s not hiding underneath it ! lol when company comes over she’s no where to be seen. This gorgeous gal needs a true cat hero to adopt her , who will be patient with her insecurity. She likes to be in quiet places but warms up once feels safe.

Story
Sweet, tiny little Myrtle (7#) is around 10 years old and has stomatitis, like most older kitties. She is missing her lower teeth, but she had a recent steroid shot to curb inflammation.  With good quality wet food, and a little TLC, she will prove to be worth it. She is full of love and is very affectionate.  She loves to play with her toy mice. She was rescued from street life, now looking for her forever person, and so deserving.  Leukemia/FIV tested negative. Shots current, microchipped. Application required, adoption fee $125, FOREVER RETURN POLICY. Email marla@adopt-a-kitty.org or text   251-404-0022           ADOPT-A-KITTY.ORG  November 12, 2024, 9:28 am

Story
A kind woman on a fixed income found this precious kitty on her doorstep one day.  She would love to keep her but cannot.  She is super affectionate and sweet tempered.  Another stray deserving her own forever home!  Do you have room in your heart and home for this lovely girl? If you are interested in adopting, please go to straylovefoundation.org and fill out an adoption application. Each of our rescues will be COMPLETELY vetted (which includes a combo test, often a parvo test, worming, spay/neutered, vaccines, and micro-chipping). We do all in our power to assure our rescues are as healthy as possible and live a long happy life. There is always a chance that an animal we have rescued will have a genetic health issue (since they are rescues there is no way that we can know their family history) or one of our tests falls in that low percentage of false-negative category or a they contract a rare disease that we have no way of knowing about or they contract under your care. We cannot guarantee 100% that your pet will live the 15 to 20 years we hope for but with all that we do for them, the chances are incredibly strong that they will. Transportation fees, when applicable, vary by distance/expense. Home checks may be conducted. We are asking for an adoption donation of $148. On most animals, a tax-deductible adoption donation of $148 is required upon approved adoption application. (This is a fraction of our vet expenses and you are always welcome to donate more.) HOWEVER, when we rescue a special breed, ridiculously adorable, or unusual color, we ask for a higher donation which helps towards our vet expenses. If you can't adopt, donate or sponsor, if you can't donate, volunteer! Tax-deductible donations can be made via PayPal using our email address: info@straylovefoundation.org. Or you can click on the donate button on our FB page (StrayLoveFoundation Magnolia Springs) or click on the donate button on our website home page at www.straylovefoundation.org. Story
Introducing Kiri, the drop dead gorgeous calico who rules the roost at our sanctuary with her unique blend of calico "cattitude" and sweet charm. While Kiri might be a bit of a loner, she has a loving side that makes her the perfect lap cat everyone dreams of. Kiri loves to snuggle and will come to greet you as soon as you enter our sanctuary, making you feel right at home. She arrived in October 2023, and we believe she’s more than ready to find her forever home where she can continue to shine. If you’re looking for a beautiful and affectionate companion, Kiri is the one for you. Come meet her and see why she’s the queen of our sanctuary! If you are interested in adopting, please go to straylovefoundation.org and fill out an adoption application. Rescued from a trailer park just west of Baldwin Express on Doc McDuffie Road, Ziggy's journey to our sanctuary is nothing short of heroic. When we received a distressing call about the impending threat to shoot the resident cats by a new owner of the property, we knew we had to act swiftly.   Having already TNVR'd the cats in this area, we were familiar with their stories. Ziggy, along with her five siblings, was pulled to safety just before the caretaker had to leave. While her siblings remain skittish, Ziggy stands out with her loving and approachable nature. As part of our sanctuary entourage, she wins over everyone she meets with her friendly greetings.   This cross-eyed beauty is not only a cuddler but also appreciates her own space. Ziggy gets along wonderfully with other catsNovember 4, 2024, 10:09 am
