Meet Jexie!!!10 years old and 18 pounds, cairn terrier!  Jexie has had two Foster’s  bring him back now but thankfully he’s in a new foster who is giving him a chance! Look at him! He deserves a forever! Jexie needs someone who will give him space and time to trust! Someone that understands he hasn’t had a great past at some point so he takes time to warm up! Needs someone with patience that will work with him and help him be his best self that we know is in there! If you have time and patience and a heart for seniors  we would love if you can help show Jexie all humans aren’t bad and going to let him down! He needs a hero Could that be you? We do not ship/transport our dogs, so the approved adopter must be willing to travel to Tennessee. Russell Rescue will try to first place our rescue dogs locally or in surrounding states.Russell Rescue is not open to the public for visiting hours.
