Story
Dixie is a very friendly, playful, affectionate, healthy, energetic, happy dog. She loves people and kids, playing with other dogs. She would make a great dog for anyone except for very young children because she may knock them over, or very old for the same reason. She is a solid 42 pounds. She crates well if needed and is also doing well on house breaking. strayheartsrescue@outlook.com https://forms.gle/suhbpui9RXiVmvoJ9

Story
Meet Lucky! This precious boy is around a year old. He is 12 lbs, and we believe he is a Cairn Terrier mix. Either way, he is sure to melt your heart This precious boy was wondering the streets with 2 other dogs. They were in a very unsafe area, begging humans for help. We knew we had to do something. One of the pups was microchipped and had an owner, thank God for microchips. The other pup, who we named Chance, sadly didn't make it. We didn't get to them in time. Chance was struck by a car. He became a hit and run victim Lucky was then separated from the others, but he didn't go far. He stuck around near where his friend had been hit. Thank God a woman in a house across the street noticed him and got him to safety. She held him until we could pick him up. We are so grateful for her. We know she saved his life. She named him Lucky and boy does it fit! Lucky is a playful, silly guy with soooo much love to give. He makes you feel Lucky to be near him. He truly is that special. We would like to see Lucky find his pot of gold, if you feel you're on the other side of the rainbow and you could be his, then please apply! This little boy is everything friendly Of course like ALL our babies he is fully vetted! Neutered, vaccinated current on preventions, heartworm negative, microchipped, and he comes with a special geotag. Could you be Lucky in love? Please apply on our website www.TiggerTown.com ##2207477##

Story
This boy needs a place to go now. We have named him biscuit and he's been found in rural Lawrence County Tennessee by a couple that are letting him sleep curled up on their front porch. They give him a little bit of food and water but they're not really encouraging him to claim them as his family. He's a stray he needs to be groomed and we're going to try and do that if we have a foster home or forever home to put him in. We think he looks like a Cairn Terrier and probably 2 to 3 years of age. A friendly boy, a boy with a smile and a gradually haircut that needs to be washed and groomed and trimmed away from his eyes. He's got a runny eye that we're going to get looked at and he needs to be neutered as well. We have all the skills and the tools to do good things for Biscuit, but we don't have a foster home. Can someone help and step forward please. He is good with dogs. We don't know about cats but that can come and we can test. Help Biscuit please ASAP.  Contact Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com or text 615 661 5333   PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comNovember 7, 2024, 10:11 pm

Story
Meet Dora: Part explorer, part couch potato!Dora is an approximately 5 year old terrier mix who enjoys running around in the yard - *almost* as much as she enjoys running into your arms and falling asleep. She can go from zoomies to couch-rot in 30 seconds flat, and is therefore looking for a home as well-rounded as she is! Dora enjoys playing with toys and other pups, but don’t let her playful demeanor fool you - she’s on 24/7 squirrel patrol. Dora is crate-trained, housebroken, good with other dogs, and will sing for her supper (aka, barks at mealtime). Due to her terrier tendency to chase critters, her adopter must have a strongly reinforced, escape proof fenced yard. Dora is not only an Explorer, but a great student who will do well with a family that wants to continue learning and training with her. If you’re ready to explore bringing this adventurous couch potato home, please fill out an adoption application at this website – https://animalalliesrescue.org/dog-application – and choose Dora! Her adoption fee is $300, and AARF`s adoption package covers all expenses needed to prepare dogs like her for their forever homes. By the time you meet them, they’ve already been spayed/neutered (if age-appropriate) and microchipped. They’ve been checked by a veterinarian and are up to date on age-appropriate immunizations against rabies and DHLPP (distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, parainfluenza, and parvovirus). They’ve been tested for heartworm and other tick borne diseases (4DX), and they’ve started our heartworm and flea preventive medications. Some of them have had extensive surgeries, dental work, or other necessary procedures. AARF is committed to getting all of them entirely ready for a happy, healthy, love-filled life!
