Story
Zoey's a beautiful tuxedo cat who's independent and easy going. She’s happiest being near her people and loves to lounge beside you on the couch or soak up sunshine in a cozy spot. She’s a low-maintenance sweetheart who truly enjoys companionship. She's fine being alone, but if you work from home, read a lot, or just want a calm presence nearby, she’ll be your perfect little shadow 🖤 She currently lives happily with a small dog and an infant and does wonderfully with both, making her a great fit for a calm family or individual. She isn’t high-energy, but she does enjoy a little play time each day. Her favorite things include: -Long naps in the sun -Bird-watching (she loves to chitter and 'talk' to them!) -Playtime with wand toys -Relaxing near her humans/ brother dog. This decision has been heartbreaking as my allergies/asthma to her have become unmanageable. She deserves a home she is able to roam and cuddle with her person freely. Story
Nova is first and foremost a lap cat. She loves when someone is sitting and watching tv, playing games, reading, etc. She will almost always come sit on your lap and is willing to spend hours there. She also loves being brushed. Nova is typically a low to mid energy cat, but she loves lights and shadows and will chase them. She will chase something as simple as the reflection from a phone screen for several minutes and a laser pointer for much longer. She also enjoys the small lambchop toys and will bat at the string toys as well. Nove prefers a quiet house with a good routine. She is ok with other cats. She might do best on her own. The only behavior has a tendency to mark when she there are major changes or stresses. It was rare before we had our first child but became more common afterward, in spite of our best efforts, and as we are having more children, we felt it best to give her an opportunity at a household with less stress.
