Story
Meet Sky! Female 2.5 years old Domestic short-hair Litter box trained Sweet Sky was found outside by one of our fosters, after discovering that sky was put out and not welcome back into her owner's home, she became part of the Lovepaws family! It's unknown how long she spent outside but despite her history she is a loving kitty. While she is a little timid in her new home, and will need a longer adjusting period, Sky is a playful and affectionate girl. She enjoys lounging by the window, napping on the bed and running around playing. She is a independent sweetheart but also loves playing with kids. Sky is hoping to find her new home in the New Year! Don't miss your chance to have this gorgeous girl added to your family.    Interested in adopting? Of course, you are! Submit an application here!February 5, 2025, 1:19 pm

Story
Name: Shannon Sex: Female Estimated Age: About 1 year old Best Guess for Breed: Russian Blue Mix Weight: About 7 pounds Good With: People, dogs, and other cats and kittens! Story: Shannon is an adorable Russian Blue Mix cat, who came to us from a shelter in North Carolina. We are just not sure how she ended up in there, but we are so happy to have her with us now in a foster home! Shannon is a happy and sweet young cat. She spends her days playing with her foster family and chasing all the fun toys they have. When she’s done it’s nap time or cuddling with her humans! The fee to adopt Shannon is $200 ($325 for two kittens). This covers the cost of vaccines appropriate for her age, her spay, the collar she’s wearing, her transport to DC and her care in her foster home. Shannon has been seen by a shelter vet (or other vet) and we are not aware of any health issues. Are you ready to give Shannon the love and attention she deserves? If so, apply today!February 2, 2025, 10:43 pm
