Story
Onyx is 4 years old. He’s is a great outdoor/indoor cat. Loves to go outside during the day (weather permitting) but always comes in at night. The only issue we have, is he will not stop marking our house. He will mark anything and everything including our youngest sons toys. hoping to find someone that maybe has a farm or can help him fix his what we think is anxiety issue.

Story
Abba is one good-looking lady! Sleek with shiny fur and an inquisitive face she can't help but attract interest and love. Abba had some difficult days before she came to us and that experience left her very shy. We wish she would tell us all about it but maybe she will tell you. With us just placing a cat in an unknown situation quite a few cats get super anxious and decide to hide and observe the new place and family from relative safety. To help the cat accept you and develop a loving bond, you would need to put in some effort, loving care, and patience. We think that Abba will adjust in 6 to 9 weeks. You would need to keep her in one small room (preferably your bedroom) and spend time just sitting, talking, or even singing to her. If that is something you would like to do please fill the Bashful Cat match https://forms.gle/fRm4snuyfnSBaVgR9 It will help determine if you and our bashful kitty will have a great life together. If you are a match we will ask that you complete the standard Survey as a next step October 12, 2024, 12:16 am

Story
Bloom is a long thin boy with soulful eyes. His favorite pastime is watching birds but he has playful moments too. Bloom loves boxes and cubby holes or dressers to hide in and take a nap. He had quite an adventure when he was left outside. The experience left him feeling cautious around people. He would prefer to go home with another kitty pal that would help him recover his confidence and trust. Bloom is looking for a foster-to-adopt family that would be willing to work with his shyness and help him get over his frequent kitty colds. The way it works is that you would foster Bloom for a year and during that time we will cover his medical expenses at the Animal clinic we work within Elgin. We know that after a year you will feel like that he is the most precious cat in the world and would not want to let this sweet boy go. At that point, you can adopt him and have him officially join your family.
