He gets along great with his foster mates and his foster mom’s big dogs keep him on his toes. He will do wonderful in a one dog home or with a doggie brother or sis to teach him the ropes. If you’re ready to give Enzo a lifetime of belly rubs, treats, and a cozy bed, please reach out! Let’s find this beautiful boy the forever home he deserves. 🐶💕 Once adopted he will travel via the Rescue Transport to his new family. Story
Meet our sweet Brandy. Brandy loves life and knows how to make the most out of it. That being said, there are three things she especially loves: kids, playing with empty water jugs, and other dogs. Brandy is approximately 18 months old, and 51lbs. She is spayed, fully vetted, microchipped, and heartworm negative. She would probably do best in a home without cats. She isn’t looking to hurt them, but she is curious about them and wants to play so she chases them. Brandy loves kids and all people. She gets along well with other dogs of all-sizes. She loves toys, water (and playing with empty water jugs), and taking baths. She’s housebroken. She knows her name, understands sit, stay, and come, and is generally well-behaved. She’s strong and playful. She loves car rides. The best-fit family for Brandy would be an active family that goes hiking. She’d also make a great running buddy. She would love going on long walks and would really appreciate a fenced yard where she can run and play. Brandy's back story: Brandy was dumped out on the streets and left to fend for herself. A sweet lady found her and decided to bring her home. According to her, Brandy is a sweetheart. But she’s also a strong and energetic girl and her finder is a lady in her mid-70s who can't give her what she needs. So she asked us to find Brandy the best home possible for her. She will be transported to NJ when adopted. To apply to adopt, please copy and paste the link below into your browser: https://form.jotform.com/210286667669167 We always need fosters, please join us! Story
MAX is the dog of the HOUR!!!! There isn't a better dog available. Max's life began dreadfully. In his short life of 1.5 years old, Max found himself without a home, had to have an extensive surgery on his hip due to an unknown injury, and has lived for months in a kennel in boarding at a vet clinic. He is completely vetted, up to date on vaccines, neutered, and is heartworm negative! He weighs approximately 45 to 50 pounds. Recently, Max landed the best foster home ever and is showing off his awesome personality! If you have other pets, he will love them!!! He gets along with cats, dogs, birds and even tortoises. He is very playful and doesn't have a mean bone in his body. Max does like to be near his person and seems to have some separation anxiety. His favorite things are lying next to his person, playing with his Nylabone or squeaky toy, and romping and playing with a willing canine. He loves car rides and walks very well on a leash. He sits, shakes hands, and also knows other tricks. He is also very willing to learn more!! Max would excel in a home with another pet, and it would be awesome if he could be someone that works from home or could bring him to work. He has excellent house manners and does his business outside!

Story
I need rehoming my wonderful Bull Terrier, Woofer. This decision hasn’t been easy for my family, but with upcoming life changes and extensive travel, we want to ensure Woofer finds a home where he’ll receive the attention and care he truly deserves. Woofer is an extraordinary dog with a special charm and playful spirit, gets along well with most dogs, and has a big heart. Here are some more details about him: Woofer is a healthy, 5-year-old Bull Terrier with a strong pedigree and no known health concerns. He is sweet, confident, and energetic, thriving with dogs who don’t challenge his natural alpha tendencies and enjoying activities that keep him stimulated. As a strong-headed but loving companion, Woofer requires an experienced owner who can guide him and keep an eye on his triggers and behavior. We’re committed to finding the right fit for Woofer and ensuring he transitions smoothly into a home that suits his personality and energy.

Story
This handsome puppy is about 14 weeks old at Christmas and will be ready to leave our care just after the first of the year. If you're ready to feel the joy of Christmas all year long, adopting a puppy is the way to make it happen. Biff Is spayed/neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, treated for all of the intestinal parasites, and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative. Because intestinal parasites are cyclical, your puppy may need additional treatment once you get him/her home. This is common and nothing to be alarmed about. Puppies and dogs need to be treated periodically for parasites throughout their entire lives. Visit our website to see our weekend Events here! Pups with the designated “meet me” next to their names are in CT and ready to attend adoption events. Please check with your adoption coordinator if you are interested in a specific dog prior to coming to an event, as a dog's availability to attend can change at any time. We can not guarantee approval on site at the events, so we recommend applying ahead of time. You can apply at the event, but the application process may not be able to be completed the same day. If you are not pre-approved, you are still welcome to come and meet pup’s at the event! The adoption fee is $600 which includes spay/neuter, up to date vaccinations, flea/tick and heartworm preventatives, and the mandatory CT HB 5368 fee More and more of our adopters are having fun with DNA tests on their pups. You might ask yourself why our breed guess is varying degrees of difference from the DNA tests. Most of our puppies are rescued from high kill shelters or other abandonment situations and we have no info on parents. When we rescue puppies that have no background info, we make our very best educated guess as to breed mix and age. Our guesstimate comes from years and years and years of animal welfare work and training, but our guesses won't always agree with your vet, your neighbor, your DNA test, etc. The most important thing to know about your puppy's breed mix is that most likely he/she is a Super Lovable Mutt made of many many many different breeds. If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at the Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between 11 am-1 pm. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05. TO APPLY PLEASE GO TO www.cprdogs.com. If your application was successfully submitted you will get an automatically generated confirmation email. Please DO NOT USE the ADOPTAPET "CONTACT THIS RESCUE GROUP" form below or you may not hear from us as these often end up in spam or bouncing back. After receipt of your application, an adoption counselor will then be in touch to answer your questions about this pup, discuss the adoption process and get the ball rolling! If you have not heard from one of our volunteers within 5 days of submitting your application, please email mollibo@gmail.com.
