Story
His owner got a new job traveling 3-4 days per week, which he felt was unfair to Chief. He asked me to foster him until a new home can be found. He is a 5 year old intact male and a complete sweetheart. He is good with other dogs, but freezes if they are mean to him, so ideally only friendly dogs in the home so he isn’t scared/stressed. He especially loves children. Chief will ask for cuddles and will let you know when he is hungry or needs to go outside. He is a pretty chill, low-maintenance dog. As is typical of his breed, he does have skin allergy issues that will need to be managed and there are vet costs associated with that. He is also currently in need of a dental. The current owner may take care of that though, so don’t let that stop you. Finally, his main quirk is not liking hard floors. He would do best in a home with rugs or carpet. He loves cuddling, sleeping, and going for walks. He needs a loving home to shower him with attention and has ability to pay for allergy meds.

Story
Jackson was adopted in Fall 2022 from a rescue. He is energetic and would be perfect in a home with lots of space and older/no kids. He loves running, cuddles on the couch and chewing on his dog toys. Jackson has 1 front leg and 2 back legs but that doesn't stop him from running around at the dog park. Jackson knows how to sit and stay on command although he does need to work on walking on a leash and not jumping on others. Jackson is very sweet and has never had an aggressive bone in his body.
