Story
Meet Commissioner, a 2-year-old Bull Terrier mix who was found as a stray in Broward County and brought to Big Dog Ranch Rescue in hopes of finding the forever home he deserves. This fun-loving boy is full of personality and high energy, making him a great match for someone who enjoys staying active. Whether it’s running around in the yard, splashing in the water, or playing with his favorite toys, Commissioner is always up for an adventure. He also has a soft side and absolutely loves to cuddle once playtime is over. Commissioner is good with other dogs and has shown he can thrive in a home with canine companions. He knows basic commands and is eager to please, especially when there are treats involved. Thanks to his playful and friendly nature, he’d be a good match for adopters with any level of dog experience, including first-time dog owners—just be prepared to keep up with his energy! Due to his high prey drive, Commissioner is not a good fit for homes with cats. But if you’re looking for a dog who will keep you smiling, moving, and feeling loved, Commissioner could be your perfect match!

Story
Georgia is 13 months old. She is deaf and blind since birth. She loves all people and plays with my 8 and 10 year old grandchildren and my 2 other recues-both 60 pounds, one is12 the other is 5. I adopted her from Peggy adams at 13 weeks. I have recently lost my husband and I need to go back to work. I would love to find someone looking for a special needs dog and also looking to love her as much as she gives love. She is 65 pounds. She loves walks and other dogs that she can get to know and those that would guide her. She will need to mentally map her new home in order to navigate it without injury. Georgia loves treats. She carries a stuffed animal around like it is her baby. I keep her crated at night and when I am not home with her in order to prevent injury. She spent 2 weeks at K9 diversity training and did well with other dogs. I would love to find a person that would give her love and nurture her. Geogia is facinated by rain. Georgia is a miracle and needs a miracle.

Story
Jett is a pocket pitty with a heart so big it barely fits in his compact little body - he goes from stranger to best friend in approximately 0.2 seconds. He loves snuggles, toys, treats, and a good case of the zoomies, all at a medium energy level that makes him wonderfully manageable. Jett does best as the only pet in the home, where he can soak up every bit of love and attention without competition. He is the kind of dog who makes every day feel like the best day.
