I didnt have the fanciest start in life (I was probably a backyard dog), but Im making up for it by trying very hard to be the best girl youve ever met.Im sweet, gentle, and crate trained, and Im working on my potty manners like its my full-time job. Available for Adoption Canela is one of the happiest, most fun-loving girls you’ll ever meet. It’s nearly impossible to have a bad day around her—she has a way of turning any frown upside down! She is playful, funny, and has a truly radiant personality. Canela would thrive in a home with a yard, and ideally with children or another dog. She lived her entire life outdoors prior to rescue and is incredibly well-behaved. She can be vocal when welcoming you home but is otherwise quiet, obedient, loving, gentle, and kind. She may be a little shy at first, but it only lasts a few minutes before her sweet personality shines through. She gets adorable zoomies during outdoor playtime, and it’s wonderful to see how happy she is. Canela is 90% crate trained, mostly potty trained with us, piddle pad trained, and does great with kids and all dogs. Her experience with cats is unknown, but with a proper introduction, she should do well. Canela is ready for a loving home where she can continue to blossom. She has had 2 vet visits, is spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, 4 DX test (testing for Lyme disease and two types of tick-borne illnesses), flea/tick/heartworm prevention (Nexgard Plus), two dewormings, and a fecal test. Adopters will receive all original paperwork, a 14-day health guarantee, a collar, harness, leash, seatbelt lock, and a week's worth of food. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis and are by appointment only. We are located in Mesa near Gilbert/Brown & offer flexible hours for meet-and-greet appointments.
