She's always ready for a game of fetch or to tackle a challenging puzzle toy that keeps her sharp and engaged. Dottie's energetic personality is matched by her independent nature, and while she can be a little shy at first, once she warms up to you, she shows her true colors as a smart, loyal, and playful companion.In her previous home, Dottie did wonderfully with the child in the family but had difficulty getting along with the older resident dog. Our adoption staff would require any household dogs to come visit Dottie as well! As a breed, German Shorthair Pointers require both mental and physical stimulation, so she'll do best in an environment where she can have plenty of activities to keep her busy. Whether it's exploring the great outdoors, playing with her favorite toys, or spending quality time with her family, Dottie is ready to bond with someone who can match her energy and love for adventure.If you're looking for a loyal, intelligent companion who will bring energy, excitement, and affection into your home, Dottie might be the perfect fit for you.
